在英國澤西，設有停車場的飯店

很不錯的酒店,乾淨,整潔,細心的工作人員很多。我們用作探索澤西的基地,所以沒有真正使用酒店設施除了早餐非常好雖然對我們來說,如果早餐早一點開始,也許早上7:30,那就太好了?(從早上8點到早上10點,這很好)。最後一天晚上,當我們包裝時,我們發現我們無法打開房間保險箱,因爲它有故障,它是晚上11點後,但它實際上顯示酒店工作人員在一個非常好的光線下,因爲前台接待員盡了她最大的努力來幫助,餐廳經理說打開保險櫃是優先事項,最後大約20分鐘後,搬運工確實設法打開了保險櫃(“機械”但這是另一個故事!),所以一切都很好......問題是電子設備-酒店工作人員非常優秀,問題解決了!總體很好,還會再次入住。

房間中規中矩，雖然在當地排行榜的第二名，但説實話並未感受到酒店的奢華。反而酒店服務員都很熱情友善。早餐除了自助餐以外，還有很多現做零點的餐食，費用都包括在裏面。前台有免費提供檸檬水和水果。酒店位置還是可以的，但澤西島本來就不大，而聖布雷拉德海域也並不大。餐廳都是步行十分鐘可以到達。公交車站就在酒店對面。

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

Nice vibe outside the weekends. Too much children then. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere. Unpleasantly surprised by the large amount of birds they keep locked up in the garden. This behaviour of locking up animals for your own fun , i have never understood. It represents abuse of power by lower intelligence. Stop this! West hill! Same as the falconry n show in the castle. Horrible too see😬😬

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience.
