澤西水療大飯店(Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa)

一家很棒的酒店，擁有非常樂於助人且友好的工作人員。令人驚嘆的房間，從我們的陽台上可以看到城堡的壯麗景色。食物很棒而且沒有什麼太麻煩的。我們到達之前的溝通非常順利。盧克迎接了我們並帶我們參觀了這家美麗的酒店。他竭盡全力讓我兒子的生日變得難忘，科尼利厄斯也是如此，他也非常樂於助人且細心。基普和斯特拉在早餐時非常友好和樂於助人，幫助解決我兒子的過敏問題，製作最令人驚嘆的純素生日蛋糕的廚師和可愛的愛爾蘭經理也想確保滿足我兒子的需求。非常感謝大家讓我們的住宿如此難忘。我們會回來的。

這是一家很棒的飯店。儘管看起來有點舊，但房間內部裝潢得很好。它位於金融區附近，靠近市中心，但除了酒店餐廳外，周圍沒有任何餐廳。這有點令人失望。然而，如果我有機會回到澤西島，我肯定會再次考慮這家酒店。

The Grand Jersey was well located to access the bus services which provide a great transport service for the whole island. It was great weather when we were there and really enjoyed the outside bar in the sunshine. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the shower which was really weak and 2 single beds pushed together to make a double which did not work!

This is an excellent hotel. Standard of cleanliness was of a very high standard. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. The breakfast had a variety of choices, all cooked to an excellent standard. Menu choices for meals were varied and well cooked. We stayed for one week and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

This is listed as a 4 Star hotel but the staff were all 5 Star - always smiling and greeting and all friendly and helpful. Great location, great service and excellent food - breakfast was really good every day. Bus stop outside the hotel took us anywhere we wanted to go.

Great location, easy for regular bus links to the airport, the beautiful beaches, shopping etc. Super friendly helpful staff and great pool/spa facilities too. Our delux room was great, just big enough for the additional child’s bed we needed, with park and sea views. We had a small balcony too but I have to say we didn’t use it as the wall was too high to see the view once sitting on the chairs and the adjacent room occupants were smokers. It did get a nice bit of evening sun. The carpet in the room was well worn and rather shabby but everything else, shower room, drinks making, fridge etc were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Sweet thoughtful touch was the complimentary milk and cookies delivered each evening which our little one loved.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a very convenient location next to the promenade and beach, but also just a short-walk into town. At arrival check-in was excellent with helpful information about the hotel and it's facilities. The room was very comfortable and the room service was very good too. Breakfast was first class as were the spa facilities. And very importantly the staff across all the hotel were really friendly and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Well positioned for St Helier. Buses pass by frequently and bus garage only 8 minutes away. Bus transport all over island extremely good. Hotel on busy main road but excellent staff & amenities. Expensive dining . Would highly recommend it. Had superb break.

Beautiful room ,very pleasant and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts . We had dinner once in the bar and it was delicious. We could not fault our stay in any way. One of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in.
