KKaren BeverleySuperior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is.
Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests.
I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working.
We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good
Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while.
For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream.
It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

SShatha Al-Hmoud這是我第一次訪問利馬索爾,我對酒店的經驗很棒。我選擇它是因爲它的位置,因爲它在海灘對面的馬路上,離汽車站很近。新舊港口步行20分鐘,或乘公共汽車5分鐘。
雖然酒店是正宗的,舊的,基本的設施(我們期望和預訂前知道),但這並沒有阻止它成爲一個很棒的住宿地點!
早餐很好,3星級酒店品種足夠,乾淨可口,一切都存在,他們的工作人員服務超讚!
房間乾淨寬敞,我們是2個大人,有一個10歲的孩子,對我們來說足夠了。陽台寬敞,游泳池的景色很好。
游泳池很乾淨,新鮮,救生員一直在場。
牀很舒服,很乾淨,房間一直聞起來很好聞。我們衛生間洗手池出了小問題,什麼時候報的,他們確保立即修復。
說實話,我找不到對酒店的評論,因爲他們確保我們的所有需求都得到了滿足,從最小的需求,如訂購冰到房間,直到幫助我們去了,以及如何使用城市的交通系統。

- 房間最近翻新過，乾淨整潔
- 淋浴很棒
- 飯店很安靜
- 泳池區還不錯，很乾淨

缺點
- 「空調」溫度最低也只有22度。
- 大多數員工都很粗魯。我因為家人生病，把早餐從餐廳帶回房間，結果被粗魯地拒絕。我跟他們說他們生病了，然後他們又一次告訴我，除非他們生病，否則不可以帶。是的，我剛才就告訴你他們生病了，然後我的房間號碼就被記下來了……為什麼？ ！現在可不是每個人都想在餐廳吃早餐。另一個粗魯的例子是退房時，他們甚至都沒問我入住體驗如何，就直接把我的信用卡從我手中搶走付了賬，還給我，還好還有收據。
- 雙人床是兩張單人床拼在一起的，我們整晚都擠在一起

滿意
SSaskia酒店太漂亮了,非常中心,但睡覺很安靜。我們一定會再住那裏,當我們來利馬索爾時!牀很舒服,房間很舒適。
唯一不喜歡的就是:我們訂的,因爲是成人酒店:但是因爲不住酒店的人可以來吃早午餐,可以帶孩子,真的不是大人。我們有3個孩子在吃早餐時跳來跳去,到處跑,尖叫,這絕對是煩人而不是放鬆。父母喜歡他們的早午餐,一點也不在乎。我認爲這對父母來說是相當粗魯的(非常自私,如果你不能控制孩子,但你不在乎其他客人),酒店至少可以說一些話。如果你只做廣告和成人酒店,但孩子們在早餐時跳來跳去,可以提到這一點。我們讓前台知道了。

訪訪客用戶We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children.
One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate.
We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel.
The bed we got was basically two separate beds.
The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice.
The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

GGCxDuring check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids.
Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons
Hotel Reception attitude is the worst!
