在澳大利亞昆士蘭，設有停車場的飯店

這個地方非常乾淨、清新、標準很高。 但說到預訂和服務，那就是另一回事了...考慮到我住了 2 晚的錢，我以為這裡是完美的休息場所，我想要 5 星級的...地方是的，服務簡直是災難。首先，當我到達 Swiss bel 時...我去接待處登記，因為我在網上預訂了一間大床房，他問我是否有車，我說是的，我同意每晚 35美元，他說如果可以的話他會從我最後支付的押金中扣除，我說是的，太好了...當我上樓到我的房間時，裡面有兩張單人床，我打電話給接待處，告訴我我預訂了一張大床，但裡面只有兩張單人床，他說哦，客房服務員沒有換床或者沒有看我預訂，我現在沒有找我...我下樓說要去吃點東西，回來時希望房間能安排好。回來後他告訴我說給我升級了房間，我問能不能給我新鑰匙，換房間後再用另一把鑰匙下來，省得我把行李搬下去再上來。我到了房間，發現鑰匙不能用，上不了六樓。於是我把行李拿下來告訴接待處鑰匙不能用。他說這些鑰匙有時會發生這種情況 / 實際上經常發生這種情況，他說他會和我一起上去檢查。是的，卡片不能用，所以他用他的員工卡讓我進去，說他會修好後再回來。 10 分鐘後他回來測試，發現鑰匙壞了。我不知道升級後房間比之前那個小，沒有沐浴露（我進去洗澡的時候沐浴露是空的），以為第二天房間會補充。隔天打掃房間的時候，沐浴露還是空的，清潔工拿走了洗臉巾，卻沒有再放回去，所以我用洗髮精和手巾洗了個澡。第二天回來的時候，想用卡開停車場，結果卡壞了。我去前台告訴他們我想去停車場，但卡片不能用，她（一位亞裔女士）告訴我，我沒有付停車費。我必須解釋前一天晚上發生的一切，然後她問我能不能幫我解決，我說能，我前一天晚上就答應了。沒有道歉，只是對停車費更有興趣。她把停車卡加到 然後說她會過來確認一下，就像我前一天晚上說的，那個人必須來 確認一下卡是否正常，她忘了帶卡 所以 我又回去拿卡然後出來了……跟著我下去然後給了我一張卡……後來我接到一位叫 Theresa 的女士的電話，詢問我的住宿體驗，我解釋說這是我經歷過的最令人失望的一次！解釋了以上內容後，她說她會過來更換沐浴乳和洗面乳。我說沒關係，我已經洗過澡了，用了一條手巾和洗髮水，因為我已經上床睡覺了。她說，我希望我能夠為我的經歷道歉，希望以後情況會好轉，如果我需要什麼就聯絡她，找特蕾莎。我說謝謝，我很感謝你的來電……然後，10分鐘後，她來敲我的門，我得穿好衣服去開門，她又敲了一次，我說我馬上就來。 她拿著沐浴乳和洗面乳在門口，把我從床上拉了起來。我明白她為什麼要拿，但我告訴她我已經上床睡覺了，而且我已經洗過澡了。然後我去交鑰匙退房，卻被告知停車費還沒付。我告訴特蕾莎，這筆錢會從押金裡扣，現在已經有三個人知道了。正如我所說，這個地方太棒了，除了缺少沐浴露和紙巾。 我不知道是什麼原因或我是如何被降級的，因為房間比第一個房間小，而且沒有窗戶。 506 到 606

這次入住非常滿意！房間寬敞明亮，空間感十足，設施齊全且維護得很好，使用起來很方便。酒店地理位置絕佳，處於核心地段，周邊商超、餐廳齊全，步行可達車站與景點，交通十分便利，離海邊也很近。衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度友好，整體體驗舒適省心，來澳洲旅行住這裏很推薦，性價比高。

Excellent location, lovely apartment, and great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

1003房間超棒，海景，河景和亍景都很出片，還看到了壯觀的日出。酒店位置超好，出門右捌200多米到海灘，樓下有大超市，整條街都是歺館酒吧，有各國美食和中餐廳。步行20分鐘可到南半球最大最美的太平洋商場，還有77 7 bus 總站，來回機場0.5元, 刷信用卡和借記卡，太方便了！ 酒店員工非常友善，服務態度超好，前台美女還關照延遲2小時退房，行李部員工主動送行李到房間。自助餐廳員工非常有禮，主動問是否需要傘出門。連吃了三天自助早餐，訂房時包括自早很合算。 房間是新裝修的，地毯很軟，床品舒適乾淨。 泳池很棒，有恆温spa池。 下次一定再來！

早上九點到能直接入住，沒有想到，體驗很好了。 服務生還給我們升級了海景房。開心！ 沐浴露等都是origins, 氣味好聞。 酒店非常非常現代，唯一的弱點是房間沒有主燈也沒有書桌等 我晚上還是想稍微辦點公的，就衹有屏幕微弱的熒光了。

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

我們沒想到住宿環境會這麼好。這裡有網球場、很棒的泳池區和健身房等等。我們住在二樓，河景美極了。度假村位於中心地帶，交通便利。而且價格也令人難以置信，不像衝浪天堂那種普通的「$$$$」價格。強烈推薦

聖誕假期很幸運在布里斯班選到這家酒店，套房兩張大床，帶廚房洗碗機，衞生間有兩個洗漱台，乾濕分離，自帶超美泳池，地理位置還可以，有一班公交但是train需要步行十幾分鐘上坡下坡還挺累的。

Had everything you need for a comfy stay, will be back! Would have love to stay longer

個人感覺入住體驗很不錯。 優點：1.轉角的落地窗視野+採光很棒； 2.酒店的wifi速度很快，覆蓋範圍很廣； 3.酒店的自助早餐品種/質量不錯，甚至有小籠包； 4.房間雖小，但是佈局後合理，各種功能基本滿足； 5.洗手間採光也非常好，同時有一整面的磨砂落地玻璃。如果是夏天來旅遊的遊客，簡單清洗自己的貼身衣物後晾在洗手間內，配合上浴室的移門。半天時間衣物就能幹了。 不足： 1.攜程的顯示有中文服務，但是我特地和前台確認了下，該酒店沒有中文服務； 2.該房型的床邊櫃比較小，放東西的話空間比較侷促（如P5）； 3.該房型沒有正經配上椅子和桌子（但對我來説問標不大）； 4.酒店算是在一個小半島裏，每次走出來稍微要多走一丟丟路。
