酒店很好,保存得很好(除了健身房),工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。 如果您正在尋找游泳池休息酒店,在20分鐘的步行範圍內有更好的選擇,因爲這家酒店有一個小游泳池。 健身房沒有很好地保持重量,設備本身本來可以更好。

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

住了一晚。不錯的海灘酒店。遊客很少,可能是因爲以色列的附近。你的酒不能穿,在酒店裏有。比較-商店裏有一瓶火烈酒,價格12-15 丁納爾,在酒店-60!在酒店的下喝酒。可以安排,但只有他們拿東西。是的,一切都很好。早餐不錯,選擇很大。晚餐去酒店的地盤。

It is a brand-new hotel and is located in the central area of Aqaba with many shops around. The staff there are very helpful in providing tourist and transport information and show respect when receiving various feedback from guests.

酒店給的地址其實是一箇中轉站，開車到這裏，然後我會派皮卡來接。酒店其實在沙漠的腹地裏麪就是皮卡，再開過去都要開20分鐘，環境很好，是一種非常獨特的體驗。 到酒店check in之後，會給一張中文的入住須知，各方面其實都講得挺清楚的，什麼時間吃飯，然後包括出行等等，他都給你介紹的很清楚。 吃了一頓晚餐，一頓早餐都挺豐富的，在同一個地方吃的，就是前台的主帳篷。 每一間房就是一個帳篷，他可以用交通車把你送到房間。走的時候打電話讓交通車來。 房間其實挺好的，保温裏面有空調洗澡呀什麼的都很方便，不缺熱水。Wifi也是有的，偶爾有一些斷斷續續。

我們在瓦迪朗姆之旅期間作爲一個家庭住在一個泡沫帳篷裏,總的來說,我們有一個非常積極的體驗。 店主開齋節從一開始就真的很細心,我們預訂後不久,他就通過電子郵件聯繫我們,整個過程保持聯繫。他在每個階段都真正盡了最大的努力,以確保他的客人舒適和滿意。我們真的很感激這種關愛和溝通水平。 營地位置美麗寧靜,雖然天氣部分陰天,晚上還是能看到星星,很特別。 晚餐非常棒,菜品種類繁多。蔬菜選擇特別美味,準備周到。 我們還參加了吉普沙漠之旅,這被證明是我們住宿的亮點之一。我們的導遊(不幸的是我忘記了他的名字)很友好,使體驗既愉快又舒適。 帶着兩個孩子旅行,我們感到安全,放鬆,並在我們整個住宿期間得到很好的照顧。我很樂意向其他訪問Wadi Rum的家庭推薦這個營地。
