Very friendly. Unbelievable location - just note you can't drive to the location. You must get either the train or the cable car up to the hotel.

位置在湖旁，景色一流，有泳池，有Spa,設施規模很大，數十人也足夠使用，很享受spa環境，更有戶外空間。 只是沒有享受到早餐，不過自費是有餐廳提供優質膳食的，看來也很受歡迎，周未有音樂節目。 距車站有點遠，大量行李要慎思。 附近有超市，不過星期日休息的店很多，有點失預算。

酒店很好,一百萬雞,神游泳池,價格合理,應該嘗試。

酒店在湖旁邊，風景超好的，停車運氣好的話，還可以不扣錢。前台的工作人員也很負責。早餐很好吃，邊吃邊看風景

This is a lovely apartment with great facilities and a lovely view, the only problem is that it's a long way from public transport and restaurants. It's at the top of a steep hill hence the lovely view but you must be prepared to walk up and down the hill

Very nice, modern large apartment with a spacious kitchen and large bathroom. The fireplace was a hit with us. However, we were woken up by the construction noise (drilling) a few houses down in the morning. Otherwise it would be very quiet and nice locat

The place is great,the apartment is clean and most importantly ,the front desk staff are very helpful abd cooporative

The holiday home can be highly recommended. The only point of criticism is the poor light in the living room. However, as we learned, this minor flaw is in the process of being addressed.

總體來說酒店不錯入住,老闆娘很友好。但有兩件事需要改進,牀太高,牀邊是薄木做的,蓋木頭的面料壞了,傷了皮膚。我們在酒店吃了兩道菜晚餐,每人70瑞士法郎,一份半盤沙拉(廚師專門爲我們做了,因爲我們想吃一些蔬菜)和一份牛肉,牛肉非常非常鹹。食物質量與價格不匹配。在我們在歐洲旅行一個多月的時間裏,這頓飯是最貴的,但味道最差。

絕對是瑞士頂奢酒店，去過78個國家，住過很多好的酒店，這家酒店的設計，裝修和服務都是頂級的，這次特別定了45平方的湖景房，被窗外的風景震撼到，酒店的無邊框山崖游泳池一定要去體驗一下，健身房也非常大，早餐廳非常美，所有的服務員都很禮貌，除了晚餐的牛排一般，其他都完美！另外酒店有免費的船來回盧塞恩市區，非常方便。
