Upon entering Hibiscus Rose, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a water filtration system. To the left of the kitchen, is the laundry area, completes with a washer and clothes dryer for your convenience. Immediately through the kitchen is the the dining area with table seating for six people, a beautiful chandelier hanging from the ceiling, just above the dining table. For your entertainment pleasure, the living room comes equipped with a 65 inch smart television mounted on the wall that features multiple channels and also Netflix. Hibiscus Rose is fully air conditioned throughout, but if you desire the Island breeze, you may step out of the living room area through the sliding patio doors onto an extended deck, built over the marina. The decking area is equipped with a large BBQ grill, lounge chairs and patio table with chairs. On the second floor, there's two fully furnished bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and large clothes closets. This is a well maintained unit and a great location to stay if you are looking for a sensibly priced Villa with full access to the Jolly Harbor community amenities. This unit is perfect for a family of 3-4 or friends wanting to get away to relax in quite location. The patio is perfect for sunbathing, daily yoga/meditation, or relaxing with a glass of wine at night. As you enter the unit, you will find a Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave and an electric stove. To the left of the kitchen is a laundry room with stand-alone washer and dryer. The Living area is furnished with a Dining table and 4 chairs, a Love seat and two side chairs for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The 2nd level has two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom (Shower, Toilet and Sink). The Master bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap. The Villa is within walking distance of the North Beach, perfect for a morning dip or to watch the sunset in the evening. This a lovely community with 24-hour security.
