亂扣錢避雷！！！退房後酒店擅自扣信用卡30瑞，約等於人民幣240r，打電話過去問説是停車費，問題是我根本沒有車，我甚至沒有駕照，前台説可能是房間號弄錯了，後續扣款會原路返回，後面再打電話回去直接被掛斷！酒店在沒有任何證據的情況下扣款，甚至拒絕溝通，在攜程客服的介入下我出示了當時的瑞士公交通票來證明我不需要用車，沒想到酒店出示了這張只有姓氏簽名沒有其他任何訊息可以證明和我相關的紙質單，這看起來甚至都不像中國人的筆跡！！！哪個中國人會這麼寫字母N？最後是攜程自己賠了這30瑞給我，大家千萬不要訂這家酒店！除此以外我訂的是大床房，酒店給我開的雙床房，以及每出門一次房卡就直接消磁，每次都要去前台補卡！！！避雷避雷避雷！以後國外酒店管你要信用卡號扣城市税千萬別給！

房間有夠小的然後還沒有熱水外加前台服務也沒有到很好 就是上班裡面隔成一間一間的小房間除非預算不夠不然不考慮再來了 小小抱怨一下裡面的USB不能用熱水還行不過窗戶打開就看到對面的商辦，一點隱私都沒有

酒店唯一的缺陷就是靠着鐵軌，但是房間隔音還行，晚上雖然能聽到火車的聲音，但是並不是太吵。比較適合自駕入住，15CF一天，酒店給個條子，放在擋風玻璃上即可。

房間很大，酒店環境也很好，大廳有微波爐，旁邊有coop超市，臨鐵路，但是房間隔音很好。去蘇黎世聯邦理工大學很方便。

1. 酒店距離火車站搭Uber約15分鐘，建議吃完飯後再回酒店。 2. 酒店衛生極佳，連角落位置都很乾淨。 3. 酒店房間設計很簡約，配備一次性拖鞋。 4. 雙人房是兩張緊貼的單人床。 體驗感很好，非常推薦！！

如果是公共交通前往，建議在機場或火車站坐到火車到Altstetten站，出站再走400多米就到了；打車的話不太方便，個人嘗試過，幾分鐘了沒人接單；自駕的話，酒店有露天和地下停車場，空間寬敞，這點比市中心的酒店好。早餐在當地相對而言還算豐盛，服務總體還可以，不足的是：我曾經用便簽紙留言告知清潔人員枱燈無法使用，但沒有得到改觀。酒店旁邊還有超市，營業到晚上9點。房間面積還算寬敞，但設施簡單，沒有保險箱和冰箱。浴室和房間隔的玻璃，衹用簾子遮光，容易影響到不同時間起居的同住人。

住了這麼多年酒店，第一次遇到沒有熱水壺，完後沒有電話的酒店，所以事情都喲去樓下自己問前台第一次見到這樣子酒店，完後前台人員還有點歧視華人

除了空調（太冷，但可能是因為僅提供羽絨被而必須靠空調降温的緣故）不可調整之外，一切都很好，酒店餐廳的晚餐性價比很高，服務人員非常友好。

房間還算乾淨，周圍很方便，樓下就有coop超市。附近也有。可以坐有軌電車，也可以坐bus。有健身房。不過房間就普通。反正星級擺在那，勝在比較新。

酒店還算乾淨，但性價比不高。1000多元人民幣一晚的房間出乎意料的小，進門就是床，沒有桌子和椅子，沒有瓶裝水。

酒店地理位置方便，離火車站近（不是中央火車站）去市區公交一輛車就可直達，也非常便捷。

離中央火車站2站路距離，下火車站步行即可抵達，酒店附近有coop超市。離中心景點有點遠，想要一天citywalk的不建議住這邊。

酒店是四星級的酒店，周邊吃飯買東西非常方便，酒店設施可以的，酒店裝修很好。總的來説是一次好的體驗。下次還會來

從來沒有睡過這麼窄的床（也許只有90公分），晚上翻身就只有掉到地下了。我定的房間説是22.23平米，但實際能有15平米就不錯。桌子也沒有，東西完全沒有地方放，只有鋪在地上。每晚200多美金，居然買不到一個舒服的床睡覺，真的服了

我是自己一個人來瑞士旅遊的。酒店有停車場、需要付費。停車場有電梯直達酒店，很方便。房間乾淨、床也睡的很舒服。最重要的是早餐很好。推薦
