The family Is nice but the place not that good.
The matress is extremelly hard like a rock. They didn't provide soap and big towels (We have paid much less in another places and received better service).
The rooms are on the third floor and there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or very heavy luggage, I would not choose this place to stay. Also 2 of the attractions and the city center are very far from here, so the location is not the best.
My friends and I loved this place. The hotel is run by a local family who was extremely helpful and friendly with us.
They even drove us back to the train station on the day we left.
This is the ideal place for those wanting to immerse themselves in the most authentic Chinese culture.
There are a few restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby, and you can take a bus to Zhangjiajie city from here.
Thanks again for the hospitality!
