非常好，很推薦。非常靠近市中心，火車站，有很好的地理位置，對面有麥當勞快餐店等等的吃的。晚上很安全！

Resort que acomoda muitos turistas e com todo o tipo de serviços necessários. Pequeno-almoço incrível, com bastante variedade e especialidades marroquinas gastronómicas. Uma boa experiência e excelente porta de entrada para a realidade Marroquina.

No me encantó. Me quedé solo una noche y creo que no me quedaría más. El hotel estaba limpio, en la zona de resorts, pero está lejos de todo y no puedes entrar a ningún otro hotel si no estás hospedado. El servicio no fue demasiado amable y las instalaciones me parecieron anticuadas.

sir manager my experience at the dunes dor hotel in agadir the receptionist received me coldly and impersonally not even a welcome!!! At lunch I arrived around 2pm. everything is already running out without replacement!!! No waiter appeared to offer drinks!!! they were busy talking to each other team animation only exists in the virtual field I asked a guy I don't know his name [dark skin] he asked me to look for the board with the timetable!!! unless I'm mistaken there was NO ACTIVITY they were busy on their personal cell phone the water in the pool was not suitable for use clearly outside of minimum conditions in summary Worst experience I've ever had with this resort I suggest intensive training and perhaps cutting inefficient waiters and entertainers due to vacancy. the hotel would have gained in operating costs.

Wir haben erst um 16 Uhr am anreisetag unser Zimmer beziehen können . Zuvor wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen welches schon belegt war . Bei der Abreise war das dann immer noch nicht korrigiert , man wollte uns die Tagestaxe nochmals abkassieren .man hat das Gefühl der Überforderung des Personals Nicht einmal war Wasser auf dem Zimmer ! Die Restaurants Fisch Italienisch konnte man auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt reservieren

We were ignored by rude and dismissive reception staff when we arrived to check in. We needed to wait until 3 p.m. to get our hotel cards and discovered the cleaning staff had still not finished cleaning our two rooms for our family when we arrived. We opened a closet door and found a horde of tiny bugs crawling around at the bottom, and had to point it to the cleaning staff. The next day our request for another room was granted after we provided photographic evidence of my husband’s bug-bitten back. It appears the hotel has a serious bug infestation problem they need to resolve.

Jolie piscine, chambres propres et spacieuses. Buffet petit-déjeuner très bien, varié. A améliorer : tous les bols du petit déjeuner sont ebréchés. Dans les chambres, couettes bien trop épaisses, trop chaudes pour le climat. On aurait apprécié que la réception prenne en compte notre réclamation. Dommage

Hôtel de fait vieux et on le ressent dans l’états des différents équipements… Entre la piscine avec des carreaux manquants/moisis et les chambres qui sont super mal finies on ressent une vrai vieillesse de l’hôtel.

Un sitio bastante guay, personal muy bien son muy amables Cosas a mejorar el estado de las habitaciones

La résidence vue d'extérieure est très bien tenue. Arborée, propre, la piscine est très bien située au centre de la résidence. Concernant notre chambre côté mer est bien située donnant lieux à un super coucher de soleil. La chambrée est propre mais mérite un coup de neuf, la baignoire devrait faire place à une douche et avoir une déco qui se rapproche des couleurs du Maroc. Le personnel est d'une sympathie et d'une gentillesse incroyable.

Correct dans l'ensemble. Jardin bien entretenu. seulchose negative, le gardien de nuit (la cinquantaine)tres désagréable, de retour du restaurant nous interpelle comme des voleurs au milieu de la cours jai trouvé cela vexant et humiliant. C'était notre lune de miel Je ne retrournerais pas dans cette hotel

Nice property, but during my stay a lot of things were closed and not working, no indoor pool, outdoor pool freezing and not heated. Description includes blackout drapes, but there were no blackout drapes, tvis was quite important for us, we woke up with headaches every day
