前台接待處的小姐很友好,服務衞生也很棒,在沙灘和風景很棒的餐廳可以觀看日落,房間的陽台是加分項,酒店對面有一起廣場,有一點餐廳和雜貨店和火烈鳥,我在這度過了美好的一天

巴林度假首選,環境一流,服務到位,雖然位置遠離市區,但這不是度假需要的麼,這裏拍了500多張照片,不虛此行

The location was near to King Fahad causeway, the beach was so clean with clear water, the teens club was great and my kids enjoyed it so much

We stayed at SOFITEL as a family and we unfortunately experienced several hiccups: -We had clearly booked a room for 4 people, yet the room did not have enough beds to accommodate us all. We were given a cot, which was barely fit for our 2 year old, and we were CLEARLY told by the hotel staff, that they expect us to accommodate our 5 year old in our bed in a rude manner. With no efforts whatsoever in making a bed available for him. -We were told we were upgraded, yet the room simply matched our booking. -The lifeguards by the kids' pool were constantly using their phones and wearing earphones, raising great concerns for our kids' safety. -We asked for beach towels, which came about an hour late. This made it quite inconvenient for us to make sure our kids were not freezing when they came out of water. -Inside the room, the light on top of the toilet mirror loosened and fell on my wife's head. We called the reception, they sent a technician to fix it, who also left the toilet in great mess afterwards. -On a peak, Eid break, the resort had chosen to use very toxic paint to paint and maintain the roads leading to the pools. -Worst part of all was, upon checkout we discussed all our concerns with the Guest Relations officer on April 27th, whose simple answer was to us: I am not aware of all this, and I will have to investigate. It is quite sad that the resort's beauty does not match its terrible service, and that we truly did not get value for our money.

I was highly disappointed as the quality of the hotel was not what I expect of a Sofitel brand. The reception staff was very lovely but the rest not so much. The room I checked into had a dirty tub (hair, rust stains, dirt rig on tub). The staff took over one hour to arrange for another "upgraded room" to only give me a room that was not ready, with a significantly smaller patio, and a not so equivalent view. This "upgrade" was more like a downgrade. I was placed into my old room and settled on having the maids come clean. To my surprise when they ran the water brown rusted water came out. I was disgusted and needless to say I did not take a bath. This process caused me a 2 hr delay making me significantly late to a concert I was attending in the area. With food service, I had not-so-stellar service. In one order my food was cold, second order requested no mayo (because in Bahrain they put mayo on everything) my BBQ burger came back plain with no BBQ sauce! Next morning I ordered the anti-aging breakfast among other items. Welp I got no anti-aging breakfast but sure did get the bill. At this point, I was over it, and continued with my spa appointment which was superb! After my spa appointment, I wanted to check out as soon as possible and return home. Unfortunately, it took about one hour for them to correct my bill and refund me for the breakfast I did not receive. Also, my room had some visible wear and tear. In summary, keep the spa, but throw the hotel away!

Kiva ja hieno hotelli. Sijainti on aika kaukana palveluista. Hotelli sopii hyvin lapsille, koska leikkipaikkoja paljon ja lasten hoitajat todella mukavia.

They refused to upgrade me. Also, the hotel is far from everything which gives advantage to the hotel to make everything very expensive. I will never stay there again.

The bathtub and bathrobe were amazing. The hotel is well situated and makes you feel like you are truely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Checkin and checkout were good. There were, however, overwhelming cons that made my trip unenjoyable. The bed was not very comfortable. It was the matress and pillows which don't match the level of quality expected in a 5 star hotel. No bed skirt? The room was dusty upon checkin. Rusted trash bin. The rooms seem to be dated and many fixtures are worn. There was a creature, lizard in my room. Room service was poor. I had to call multiple times requesting service. There was no hair dryer in the room (upon request) i have to call multiple times to get that delivered. Walking around the property there was a dead bug and mask in the corridors. At the buffet, a chef was speaking to colleagues not wearing q mask near food. Food servers were wearing filthy uniforms. At the beach there were no towels and i had to wait 1 hour for a clean towel. It really did not live up to the standard i expected from Sofitel.
