For the person who is a lover of modern, cozy and convenient place to stay... it is a perfect version located in the city center with a beautiful garden and surely with the best service. I was happy to be in touch with the sales team, which is incredible... THANK YOU GUYS

Բոինգ խմբի համերգին էինք Ձեզ մոտ, ուզեցինք կոկտեյլներ խմել, պարզվում է Ձեզ մոտ կոկտեյլը ջրի բաժակով են մատուցում, Տեքիլա սանրայս կոկտեյլի մեջ պարզվում է ալկոհոլ չկա, էլ չեմ ասում, որ 5 հատ կոկտեյլը բերեցին 60 րոպեում. Շատ դժգոհ ենք, բացի երաժշտությունից մնացած ամենինչից դժգոհ ենք, որևէ մեկին խորհուրդ չեմ տա գա ձեզ մոտ կոկտեյլ խմելու, քանի որ կոկտեյլի փոխարեն ջրի բաժակով（ գոնե կարելի էր գեղեցիկ մատուցել） գունավոր ինչ-որ բան են բերում. We are very dissatisfied with your service. We were in Radisson Blue Hotel in Yereven at the Boeing group concert, we wanted to drink cocktails, it turns out that they serve the cocktails with a glass of water（ I have the picture of the cocktail, it was awful）, it turns out that there is no alcohol in the Tequila Sunrise cocktail, not to mention that they brought 5 cocktails in 60 minutes. We are very unhappy, we are dissatisfied with everything except the music, I would not advise anyone to come to you for a cocktail, because instead of a cocktail they bring something colored with a glass of water （at least it could be served nicely）.

Hotel is located in the closest vicinity of Worlds Oldest Cathedral in Ezmiathsin, Armenia. English language is definetly a rare commodity there. Hospital cleanliness and cleaning staff is where the focus is tremendous, they was every single tile every day in the bathroom, but supply used blankets with body odours to guests. The manager is a bully and untrained reception girls adds up to the discomfort. Rooms are very small and beds are short, looks like they dont even have any international standard as you may find yourself on the floor before you even realize its in your dreams. The breakfast is same everyday and the hotel is very proud of the same.

Our group was based in the Ani Central Inn. The hotel claims 4 stars but it’s not. Some parts of the hotel have decent rooms. I wasn’t that lucky. My room was small, noisy ( from outside and the corridor) and unpleasant . The cleanness of the bed was questionable as I found a long black hair on the bed sheet when lifted the blanket. Everything looked shabby and cheap. Breakfast was OKish . To use the swimming pool in the basement you have to pay extra. The location- 15 min walk to the centre along not a very glamorous street full of cheap shops. There is a shopping centre and a central market opposite the hotel. After a sleepless night, I moved to Holiday inn and finally felt comfortable and relaxed. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Royal Hotel in June 2023 as part of a tour group. Positives - Great location right in the middle of restaurants and easy walking distance to Republic Square, the Cascades park - Rooms are a good size Negatives - We stayed 4 nights and had some sort of wifi issue every day. Some days we had no reception at all. Reception was best in the hotel reception and even then the quality was low - Staff had loud arguments in the front reception - Another guest who checked in for the first time early one morning came back down to tell the staff that her room had not been cleaned. She needed to be moved - Fruit offered at breakfast was bruised and poor quality - The chairs in the dining room were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years - Secure lock up for your luggage when you check out was just putting luggage behind the bar in the reception area. It wasn't tagged or securely stored - Reception was not continuously staffed. On the day of checkout, I had to go to the kitchen to find someone to help. They ended up having to call the reception staff as they couldn't be found - We had a coffee station and no kettle. Only one person in our group of 30 had a kettle in their hotel - The bathroom has been remodeled but there is no sealant under the glass shower panel so your bathroom floor gets wet While the hotel is rated 4 stars, be aware that you probably won't experience this but will pay the price of a 4 star hotel

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a smart, modern hotel at a central location in Yerevan. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are excellent, comfortable with superb mattresses on the beds and lovely en suite bathrooms. The WiFi is fully working, and not an unnecessary fuss as it is with many other hotels. The way they do breakfast is different, but I personally quite liked it-- you just take a seat and you will be quickly brought a platter of both savoury and sweet items and your choice of beverage. This makes breakfast very easy as you neither have to order anything nor shuffle drowsily through a buffet every ten minutes as per the typical experience. The hotel has a fully functional spa, with a jacuzzi, pool, sauna and a decently stocked gym with good quality equipment, all included.

很好很現代的酒店，且靠近共和國廣場。沒有太多的電視頻道可供選擇。但房間漂亮乾淨。工作人員友好。如果我再到葉裏溫的話，我願意回到這家酒店。這裏還有一個漂亮的戶外咖啡館。
