The house is a 5-10 minute walk to the shops/Cape Tavern, 900 metres from the beach, and just a couple of doors down from the local park. With a full kitchen, you'll be cooking a up a storm in no time, and the dishwasher is there to clean up the mess! The fireplace is amazing on cold winter nights, and the high ceilings will keep you cool throughout the summer. There is a huge covered north facing deck out the back with an 8 burner BBQ, dining setting and lounges with still plenty of lawn for the kids. Its the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city to unwind and relax. You’ll love it because of the living space, deck, location and tranquillity. Its the perfect place for couples and families.
