Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and well-appointed and the location is great

Regular guest at this motel. Great service and spacious rooms. Close to restaurants, shops and hotels.

My partner got food poisoning and we had to miss a night and there was no empathy where the night was refunded or at least partially refunded. There were more available rooms around for that night too so it’s not like they were fully booked. They offered a late check out (2 hours later) and then tried charging us an extra $30 on the $170 we had lost. A nice place but the customer service was very disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

Very happy with how clean and new the property was. We only had a single night in Inverloch, but would have no hesitation booking this property again for a longer stay if we are heading back to the area in the future. Very friendly, helpful staff also.

Returning visitor and Service and Rooms were excellent. Very large King room with ensuite spa. Whilst we did not use the spa on this visit it was good to know that they use "Spa Genie" to clean the spa and pipework after every use by patrons. We use that product at home and it keeps the spa hygienically clean. Location is close to centre of town close to all hotels and restaurants.

Too many mosquito in the room. I had to kill more than 10 to sleep.

Walk to everything in town and the local beach, it was modern clean and quiet.. perfect for a few nights

Position to Inverloch hub excellent. Room was great for a stay. no complaints , and pricing good

Stayed in queen room. Very spacious room with three different seating areas. Spacious and modern bathroom. Great location, can walk to everything and so quiet when we were there. One of the best motels I've stayed in. Loved the little extras like netflix. Only issue was reverse parking into spots and not being able to access the boot because of the plants.
