Good arrangement, clean room, convenient parking

When booking the option of a twin bed is not available. Only double bed plus a single bed. But otherwise all fine and clean

Tara went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. She was very professional, polite and friendly. She sorted out a couple of minor issues very quickly and as I say made our stay comfortable and relaxing. And had a very nice meal in the restaurant.

Unfortunately the temperature of the room and the facilities available to cool it down made it not possible to sleep. Not sure why the room was so hot, it felt like walking into a sauna on first arrival. The room itself was lovely and modern, bed was comfy but only having a weak fan to push hot air around the room made it impossible to sleep. We really don’t know why it was so hot either, our stay on the 9th of June had a high of around 16 degrees that day, but the room felt closer to 30 with no AC available.

Stay was excellent but u had to climb stairs to get to the resturent which was on the first floor. Good choice of menue but some food had run out ...Closes early on Friday so get there early if u want dessert or coffee as by 9;30 the coffee machinre was switched off and you had to order desserts in advance if u wanted them?

Very comfortable stay great staff on reception and the room was clean and comfortable. Food is served in the Bridge barn next door which is a listed building. While it’s a Beefeater restaurant it’s still good and good value. The surrounding is very amicable.

Canalside location giving a peaceful stay, no traffic noise. An easy walk along the canalside path into town, many restaurants and pubs.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff and friendly. Location was excellent and everything I needed close by. Very comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. A great breakfast set me up for the day. I will be going back and staying in the same hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. A nice quiet location with a beefeater restaurant bar next door, free parking. Pleasant and helpful staff. 15-20 minute walk to the train station where parking is very expensive. 30 minute train to London Waterloo is very regular.
