總體感覺不如山上。服務很差，也是會退房之前不停的打電話。房間比較潮濕，設施陳舊。浴缸很不安全，角度非常容易滑倒。我在浴缸裏摔了一跤。湖景還可以。但其實湖邊都是酒店。並不出眾。電梯裏味道很重。早餐一般。接機沒用，送機沒有。

房間需要維修。早餐還可以。泳池很髒。湖景不錯。日落很美。我們住了3晚。

這家旅館的價格比周邊的飯店高，所以我期待著合理的服務和舒適度。房間足夠寬敞，但很難感受到與價格相符的特別魅力或優惠。 地理位置離市中心稍遠，雖然環境安靜，但周邊沒有特別值得一提的地方，感覺有些無聊。而且，房間的景色也與預期不符，這有點令人失望。 整體設施比較老舊，感覺有些陳舊。雖然適合家庭長期入住，但作為度假酒店，感覺很普通。

We had booked lake view room, was given a room that wasn’t lake view. Then they made excuses like it was partial lake view, then said booking number is different, finally they said they would change the room but they can’t because we used the room. A/C remote was broken on first day, but they fixed it immediately. There was no hot water on the last day in the morning, came back much later but it was too late for taking any shower before checkout.  Room service food was horrible, burnt paneer and biriyani full of bones and fat. We could only eat part of it. The only good thing I would say is that the staff is well behaved and the breakfast was really good. But this is not the experience I was expecting from a 4* hotel. And it wasn’t even the busy tourist season. I would recommend to avoid this place.

將近500的價格住這酒店，一點也不值…… 浴室花灑漏水，相對來説設施很舊，這個房型竟然是1人入住然後可以選擇雙床，奇怪的很，一點也不推薦，周邊一兩百的比比皆是

酒店環境挺好的，比較安靜，靠近湖邊，早餐很好吃，服務很好，需要什麼物品很快就可以送過來。洗衣服務也很快，有徒步完需要洗包的可以直接在酒店洗，早上10點送去的下午就可以拿到，洗衣質量也很不錯。食物味道非常不錯，尤其是烤西紅柿和西蘭花，特別香。紅茶也是每天必點很多杯。最後一天在吃早餐的時候，dikshya小姐姐很貼心還給我們準備了小蛋糕，整體的體驗都非常不錯！

Estadia perfeita, destaque para a equipe, sempre muito atenciosa e simpática (special thanks for Binita and all the waiters), quarto confortável e com vista para o lago e o restaurante serve pratos incríveis. Os passeios nepaleses e indianos foram os meus favoritos. O café da manhã é bem completo. Há uma pequena academia no hotel também. Minha estadia foi perfeita e com certeza, se voltar ao nepal, voltarei a me hospedar aqui.

Wunderbare Oase am Rande von Pokhara. In der Monsunzeit kaum Touristen, daher nehmen sich die sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen alle viel Zeit für Smalltalk. Dank vor allem an Binita, die sich ganz besonders um uns gesorgt hat. Die Kinder haben Stunden im Pool verbracht. Ein verdienter Ruhetag nach der anstrengenden Fahrt bei Jeep von Kathmandu. Heute geht es auf eine kleine Trekkingtour zum Auszralian Canp.

Hotel perfeito, vista incrível do Lago e com ótimas acomodações. Quartos confortáveis e a equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa. Voltaremos outras vezes e recomendamos demais.

這是來博卡拉時，一個值得好好休息的地方。這裡沒有汽車和摩托車的噪音，費瓦湖和山脈的景色也非常美麗。早餐很美味，所有工作人員都很友好。然而，我透過Agoda預訂，並詢問了更改行程和增加住宿的事宜，但沒有收到回應。我預訂了一間家庭房，但兩張單人床不太舒服，因為按照我的標準，它們相當於加床。我很後悔沒有預訂兩間房。三樓的屋頂景觀非常棒，一定要去看看。

Amazing place to stay. Me and my wife and a great time here. Because of the climate, I fell a little bit ill and they went out of the way to help us out and make us feel warm and comfortable in every way possible. The people are very courteous, respectful, sweet and helpful. The restaurant staff were also really helpful, especially Binita, Sabina, dikshya and chij. They made us feel very welcoming and safe which gave a very homely feeling. Thank you team for this experience!

The perfect hotel for relaxation! From the moment you step onto the property, it is bliss-just what you need after coming down off the mountain! Service: check-in was swift, courteous and efficient. Staff: a big smile and Namaste every time they see you! Breakfast Staff: greets you immediately and provides everything you need -even toasting your bread for you. Never had to wait! Thank you to Dikshya- who remembered me and where I was from! Also to Chij, Sabina and Binita- they work so hard to ensure your stay is perfect! My last day-they all greeted me at the entrance and brought me a good bye brownie-such a personal touch! Breakfast-great variety and fresh-lots of vegetarian options. Thank you to the wonderful man at the egg station! Had the yummiest Veg MoMos for dinner in my room! Pool: beautiful, clean and welcoming! The man who supplied me daily with mattress and towels was so attentive- thank you! Rooms: clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Loved having the cold fridge and LOTS of hot water! Great relaxing on the balcony at night! Location: right on the waterfront! Quiet and peaceful, yet less than a 10 min walk to the town! Great Get-Away to relaxation and away from the noise and chaos of the town I would definitely return to this hotel!
