Excellente découverte. Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement, appartenant un privé et cela a rendu notre séjour magique. Chambre d'époque, avec mobilier ancien ca change du moderne. Accueil par Alvise adorable, il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, nous donner des conseils. Petites attention nous attendait, bouteille de Cava sur le lit. Petit déjeuner en chambre magnifique avec vue sur le canal. Idéalement situé à 3 min de la Place. Je recommandes les yeux fermés.

Siamo stati alla Residenza Veneziana per il nostro 20’ anniversario Già al telefono il Sig. Alvise si era mostrato molto gentile e professionale cosa che ho riscontrato anche di persona Ho scelto la camera dorata e debbo dire che è splendida Al nostro arrivo la camera era con palloncini Rossi peluche love snack e bottiglia di spumante Tutto come da me richiesto La camera ampia con tutti i comfort , letto comodissimo con topper. La mattina colazione abbondante servita in camera con vista sui canali meravigliosa Consigliatissimo

Posizione davvero ottima per raggiungere comodamente qualsiasi punto di Venezia . La stanza è davvero bellissima e funzionale! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di gennaio e nonostante il freddo l’ambiente era confortevole in quanto ci hanno lasciato a disposizione il telecomando del condizionatore. La pulizia è impeccabile , tutte le mattine vengono cambiate le lenzuola e riforniti gli asciugamani. Ottima anche la colazione servita in camera accompagnata dalla vista sul canale!!!! L’accoglienza è stata molto calorosa, Alvise e Patrizia , che dire , veramente eccezionali !!!

Location was perfect for walking"tours" around and recidence was very calm and quiet. Our room (by own mistake) was facing the back of the buildings so it was not much to see from windows. But bed was good, room was warm and shower was very good. Also breakfast was very good. Enough food to skip the lunch and service was top notch. We got good suggestions wht to see and where to eat when we came and suggestions were presented very nice way, telling only suggestions. We are used to use larger 4-5 star hotels, so this was first time in this kind of accomodation but nice surprice

This was the absolute best hotel we stayed at in Italy! Alvise (call me Louis) met us at the door and carried our luggage up the approximate 20 steps to the rooms. The check in was incredibly fast and easy and we were welcomed with a chilled bottle of Persecco. Alvise is a super host! He provided us with a list of restaurants to eat at, all of them were fantastic! He also told us which gondolas to choose in order to have the true Venetian experience and what we could expect to pay. He was always ready to go out of his way to assist us in any way that he could. The rooms were gorgeous! We stayed three nights in two different rooms, the Gold Room had a beautiful view of the canal, and we opened the windows to listen to the music from the gondolas as they floated by. The breakfast was decadent and more food than we could eat. This is a host who knows what he’s doing. Our experience was overwhelming positive from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. You are in safe hands if you choose to book here. If we ever return to Venice, this will be where we stay.

My misunderstanding of the type of accommodation, ie; l thought l had booked a hotel when, in fact, it was an air BnB facility, only became clear a few days before leaving England with emails from the patron, who advised me how to enter the building. My understanding of Bed and Breakfast, which is how Residenza Veneziana was eventually described, is obviously not an Italian concept. Theirs is bed…and breakfast is a separate charge. ‘…..breakfast can be served in your room….’ suggests it can also be served elsewhere! All the same, my host, who was available at certain hours of the day, ,was extremely helpful and considerate of my errors, which included dragging him out late at night when I couldn’t locate the property

One of the best hotel we stayed in, friendly staff, wonderful view and service, privacy one amazing rooms available in the hotel, its a walkable distance from eveeywhere in Venezia, definitely we will visit again soon, recommended to all solo and couples.

Fantastic service from all at the venue. Al (Lewis) was particularly with his advice and recommendations. Breakfast was a fantastic touch and the location is spot on. Rooms are quirky and clean and great comms leading up to check in. Would highly recommend
