Check in was easy and the person that checked us in was friendly. When we got to our room the heat was turned way down and it was very cold. We had to crank up the heat to get the room warm. It took a while but eventually the room got warm and stayed comfortable. The hot water also took forever to warm up but once it did it was nice and hot. The room and bathroom were clean. Was wanting to take a hot bath the next day after being out in the cold weather but the drain would not close all the way so the water slowly ran out so had to plug it with a washcloth. The place is nice but could use some upgrades. I would stay here again.

Person checking me in friendly but didn't know what he was doing. Had to call someone for help. No cleaning done Advertise free breakfast but don't do breakfast in the winter. This was one main reason i stayed there. Very disappointing and will look somewhere else in April.

We scheduled a 1 bedroom unit, but the bedroom didn't have a door on it.... It had a doorway, but no door. So, I'm not sure of the purpose. We wanted a one bedroom so my husband could watch tv without me hearing it., or keep the light from shining in on me... but without a door, that didn't happen. ---- We booked it through *******, and I didn't pay attention, but the price was way too high for what we got. I thought I was paying close to $90/$100 per night, but when we paid, it was $150 per night. When I inquired at the desk, they said that because we booked it through an outside party, there wasn't anything they could do about the price. (So, that was completely on me... I should have paid closer attention) --- But it was definitely NOT worth $150/night. If you could get the room for $90-$100 I'd say you are getting a fair deal.

Sheets stained, toilet did not work, walls are paper thin, heater sounded like a plane taking off.

This is now my go to lodging destination for traveling north. The staff is friendly and considerate of my physical needs.

This is not a fancy place this is a down home comfy place. The staff here are always willing to help. And it's within walking of the Bay, crabbing, shops, dining. My kids and I stay here every time we come in to town. And we try to come in to town once a month

So close to the harbor, a beautiful view. My room was updated and nice. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful.
