水晶套房飯店 - 鹽湖城/西谷市(Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites - West Valley City)

I will never stay at Crystal Inn again. Booked a King room, and even confirmed with the hotel by phone early in the day. Arrived to be told my king room was given away and we got a 2 queen. Room was in noisy location on first floor. Dusty. Breakfast next day was supposed to be until 9, plates and food were being packed up at 8:40. Next day breakfast was interrupted at 8 by vacumming and cleaning up, no one could have conversations. Used the laundry, dryer didn't dry! Avoid at all costs ! I was told by the receptionist a room booked with Trip.com just guarantees you a room, not the room type you chose ! ALWAYS book directly with hotel chain sites!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I like the hotel very much. Looking forward to next stay.

I give this hotel a 4 star rating because the mattress and pillows are probably the best I have slept on in quite some time while traveling. Guest service gentleman huffs and puffs and says "I will see what I can do" when asking for the linens for the roll out sofa/bed. Spilled water on the floor. Used a white towel to soak up water. See picture below. The breakfast is low quality. This location does have the best bed mattress though! I would stay again because that is what attracts me most

My stay was good. The area was nice and had a good selection of restaurants to choose from. My room was clean and the heater worked great wich is a plus since I went during winter. The only thing I did not like was the hot breakfast they advertised. It was not hot at all even though they just put the food out. Multiple customers that were there complained about the same thing while we were eating. So I just ate across the street at the restaurant.Other than that my stay was good.

We have stayed at this Crystal many times over the years. It is reliably and consistently good; clean and comfortable bedding and pillows, good pool area No trash cans in the lobby area or by the elevators. The breakfast was ok but has gone downhill a little. All staff was great, and helpful.
