For $500 per night, there was no bellman, valet or daily room servicing. No towel or coffee replacement. No foam pillow as requested. And $20 per night to park your own car seems a needless addition. A perfunctory hotel for a one night business stay maybe.

We were told when we checked in on Friday. that cleaning would be every other day, but we could request every day, which we did. We were gone all day Saturday and when we arrived back to our room at 9 pm it had not been cleaned. We were out of shower gel, tissues and now need clean towels as we had not hung ours assuming we would be cleaned. These items were sent to our room. On Sunday we left in the morning for breakfast and came back at 8 pm and still had not been cleaned. By this time we had overflowing trash. It took some persuading but eventually the night manager found someone to refresh our room while we sat in the lobby to wait. We checked out Sunday so if I hadn’t pushed we would not have been cleaned for our entire stay. At nearly $400 per night, that is unacceptable. Biggest issue is that the last time we stayed there, in October, the EXACT SAME THING happened. My mistake was giving it another shot.

Great modern hotel with wonderful staff! Easy parking and beautiful lobby. Rooms could be slightly noisy when others were loud in the halls or cars outside. Great location and easy to walk anywhere!

Good look on inside. Clean. Room was big. Need a fan in bathroom. Dinner was good. Need room service. My room was right next to Pantana Bob bar. Very loud.

Had a wonderful experience overall. Me and son stayed 2 nights. We went to Unc basketball game. Nice hotel staff was nice and helpful with any questions will stay again in the future.

The room was not particularly clean, when I first checked in there was a lot of hair in the shower. Also, it’s very noisy- rooms pick up a lot of the hallway noise.

Rob at the front desk was wonderful - he was very kind and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to help us out.

The biggest problem was lack of water pressure in the showers! We had 2 rooms both were horrible!

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel and very convenient to downtown Chapel Hill. Staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
