Location is excellent as next to ferry pier. A cozy little hotel and facility looks quite new and staff are frienly. We had drinks and food at the outdoor restaurant with good scenery. Just need to note house keeping services is not available 24 hours, so ask early if you need extra amenities!

I was excited to stay here because it was outside of the city with the beach and ferry just steps from the hotel. The interior of the hotel is very coastal chic - very well done. I was put in a room overlooking the kegs and refuse from the bar/restaurant -- so that was not great mostly because of the noise of glass bottles being dumped. The hotel was very busy with private events, so the common spaces were not available and it was quite loud. It was great to be so close to the ferry and beach - just be careful to double check the ferry schedule. Download the Opal app - it shows all transport options. I ordered food a couple times, it was good, but nothing special.

We love the Watsons Bay hotel and have been there on a number of occasions. We were disappointed to find that the property looked tired. There were chips off the walls in the common areas, our room needed the ceiling painted due to many marks, 4 downlights didn’t work and 2 were missing their covers, the towel rail in the bathroom fell off a few times and the toilet seat wasn’t connected properly. Outside the window, the awning was full of tree bits and leaves. This property is in need of some maintenance.

Watson’s Bay Boutique hotel was perfect for my short getaway. A place with which I was familiar, fabulous staff and comfortably appointed rooms right by the ferry dock and spectacular views. Minutes walk from the beach at camp cove and easy hikes around the headland.

Amazing stay would stay again in a flash- the room is so comfortable and relaxing - not the usual sterile hotel bedroom. The attached restaurant and entertainment were spot on, modern, simple , unstuffy. Bar closes at 9pm so no issues with noise. I was going to stay longer but the weekend was fully booked.

Our room had a lovely harbour view from every window. Bed very comfortable and bathroom outstanding. Bit noisy with restaurant downstairs even though we stayed mid week. Noisy early morning also not sure what was going on next door, some construction maybe which of course is not the hotels fault. Late checkout was a great bonus enabling us to do the cliff walk before checking out.
