We checked in without a problem only to walk into an already occupied room! Major safety issue. When we went back to main desk to correct it they acknowledged it as we were walking up … meaning they knew about it before we opened the door and didn’t attempt to find us and tell us

Overall my stay was pleasant. However, I arrived to no breakfast prepared at 6:45 am one morning. No reasons offered or anything else

Convenient to interstate. Room way too small. Not enough towels set in room. Front deak staff sitting in lounging area both tines i needed something.

Clean, friendly staff, can’t ask for more! Love the addition of liquid hand soap in the bathroom, wish all hotels had it

Look like average ……I been round the world so many hotels but cheap overall presentable….room inside feel like motel8……very bad remodel cheap construction materials

Well I entered the lobby, the desk person was sitting with her back to the door on top of the counter. I was in her peripheral vision waited for her to notice and address me. She did not. I asked, is this was where I checked in. She slid off the counter and said yes and proceeded to check me in.. She as cordial enough but this isn’t a good sign for customer service. Also the mattresses in the rooms were not secure so as you went to sit down, they slid around in the base.

What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, and a great place. Pool table, comfortable and fun lobby, and work/study nooks, I was pleasantly surprised.

Just stayed overnight while traveling. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would stay again!!

My experience was excellent greeted with a pleasant smile and excellent customer service checking in. Breakfast was very tasty clean room. I will rebook
