Mal olor en las habitaciones . El aire no funcionaba correctamente . Poca atencion del personal

It was just a one night stay but the hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Check in was fast.

Survey wouldn't allow me to rate factors in detail - it erased the prior entry, when I clicked on the next question. Excellent customer service, clean facility My only gripe - need to use whatever technology/equipment is currently available, to keep food warmer/hot, e.g., scrambled eggs (they were cool at just 15 minutes after opening). Thank you.

We booked a double bed room and when we got there we were told that they only had king bed room and that it was for handicap. I am 6’ 4’. Shower was outdated and kept switching from extreme cold to extreme hot. Just a bad experience all together

We’ve stayed in this hotel a dozen or more times in the last year and a half. We got such a run down room this time with a mattress that was horribly used up. It was really disappointing. The manager seemed nice and one I never have seen before but this room was a huge disappointment

Really good location, near many fast food options and some local. Breakfast was very good, and the room was comfortable and spacious.

Refused to let me stay the night even after i booked just because i lived within 50 miles of there. Horrible way to conduct business. If that is how you want to be it should be advertised that way. Will never give them my business again regardless.

The room smelled musty and faint smell of cigarette smoke. The AC took a long time to cook down the room.

We lived there setting on a hillside and the friendly helpfulness of the lady who checked us in.
