Hotel general manager double charged my credit card and instead of being sympathetic, the front desk attendant was rude and obnoxious. Definitely will never stay here again

Our room was directly next to the elevator and it was a handicap room which we didn’t need. It was loud every morning with people getting on and off the elevator and one point someone’s child set off a loud alarm

We always enjoy our stays at this location. This particular stay was above and beyond with kindness and accomodations by all staff but especially the site manager. She was wonderful!

Everything was great. I came up here to work. Myself and crew stayed at this hotel and it was quiet. Only thing I wished was the pool to be open but it wasn’t. It was no big issue my overall stay was a great experience. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

On "bring fido" it mentions that you can bring both cats and dogs to this facility. I brought my cat; however, the front desk staff informed me that they have a dogs only policy. She did contact management to get approval, so I ended being able to stay the night. I wish the communication on different platforms was more clear because I would have been out of luck after a ten hour drive if she wasn't willing to ask for permission.

Upon entry of the hotel it was dirty and smelled like smoke. The room was very dusty, the towels had a lot of black spots that appeared to be mold and when housekeeping was asked to provide new towel they left a set of “new towels” outside the door in a plastic bag. For the entire stay housekeeping did not clean the room. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this Holiday Inn, and both times the Hot tub jets were not working. Actually, the first year the whole pool complex was shut down. In addition, I was was billed $158.00 by *******, but the hotel gave me a receipt for $127.00. I thought ******* was supposed to be cheaper than going direct.

Staff could of been more accommodating, we arrived very late in the am and needed to sleep In. They were very apathetic about it. I basically paid $120 for only a few hours of sleep. THANKS ****S! Rugs were stained and nasty. Won't be staying there again.
