Purtroppo CI E' STATA RUBATA L'AUTO NEL PARCHEGGIO DELLA STRUTTURA! Peccato davvero! sarebbe stato un buon soggiorno se non ci fosse successo questo gravissimo problema. La notte del nostro arrivo in struttura SONO STATE RUBATE DUE AUTOVETTURE DAL PARCHEGGIO DELLA MASSERIA. Oltre alla nostra macchina, una Giulietta Alfa Romeo è stata rubata una 500 Abarth di una coppia di turisti tedeschi. L'agriturismo è sperduto nelle campagne, una volta lasciata la strada principale si imbocca una strada sterrata che si inoltra nella campagna per circa 1 km e mezzo, la strada di notte è completamente buia, il parcheggio non è custodito ed è privo di telecamere di sicurezza.

La struttura di per sé è bellissima immersa negli ulivi, ma i servizi all'interno sono quasi pari a zero. Bar inesistente, ristorante con menù fisso e cibo e bevande scadenti. Colazione con prodotti vecchi e confezionati, zero brioches, piscina con rane all'interno la sera e mancanza di bagnino. Wifi compreso nel prezzo ma non funzionante quindi si rimane isolati dal mondo perché il telefono non prende. Le camere sembrano cantine arredate con mobili vecchi, buie, insetti all'interno e odore di muffa. Problemi costanti con la doccia. Tendoni sporchi e macchiati! Insomma dopo una bella ristrutturazione e manutenzione agli impianti si potrebbe anche pensare di tornare in futuro.

Ho soggiornato presso l'agriturismo Tenuta Mazzetta e purtroppo l'esperienza è stata, diciamo, un pochino deludente. Già per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere una strada sterrata e piena di fossi. Inoltre la polvere ha completamente cambiato il colore della mia vettura ma per arrivarci consiglio di fittare un fuoristrada. Ho visitato, appena giunto, la piscina che era poco invitante. La camera assegnata sembrava essere stata rassettata in modo sommario ( in bagno c’erano dei capelli per terra vicino al bidet…). Un giorno non ci hanno nemmeno rifatto la camera!!!! Al mattino la colazione lascia molto a desiderare, con alcuni prodotti che sembravano un po' stantii. Sinceramente non posso raccomandare questa struttura basandomi sulla mia esperienza che è stata, come detto deludente. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo sproporzionato. Le foto pubblicate sui motori di ricerca ingannano. Peccato!

Location stupenda,immersa negli ulivi e nel verde..giardino curato pieno di fiori..piscina accogliente..camere pulite e anche la biancheria pulita.Personale molto disponibile e accogliente.La cucina tipica salentina davvero buona e ottima.C’è un bel panorama da vedere sia di giorno che di notte. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente appena possibile.

Erg afgelegen, ik was afhankelijk van mijn tourbus. Het terrein verlaten gaat dus niet. Als je van extreme rust houdt en zelf een auto hebt dan zit je hier goed Daarnaast misschien een idee ter bescherming van koffers of tassen met wieltjes iets op de steentjes te leggen zodat je soepel loopt naar de receptie en naar de parkeerplaats Het zwembad lag er verwaarloosd bij. Het is haast eind mei dit is het 3e hotel waar het zwembad nog niet in gebruik is. Bijzonder Vriendelijk personeel maar het avondeten wordt tussen 19.30-20.00 uur geserveerd en laat erg lang op zich wachten. Trage service wat ws komt door niet efficiënt werken Origineel concept echter was mijn kamer zeer vochtig en rook hier door erg muf. Beddengoed erg vochtig incl deken die in plastic zat. Deze rook als een natte dweil. Gladde paden door mosgroei

Nous sommes tombés sur une offre avec Voyage Privé qui proposait ce charmant endroit qui semblait idéal pour se ressourcer quelques jours. Le cadre est magnifique, le grand jardin aussi. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais elle est grande, bien entretenue et il y a beaucoup de transats à disposition. Nous avons demandé à avoir un surclassement et nous avons donc eu une suite pour 20€ supplémentaire par nuit. La chambre était simple et jolie. Le ménage n’était pas optimal (un mouchoir trainait à côté du lit), mais globalement bon. Chaque chambre a une jolie petite terrasse ombragée, c’est vraiment agréable et le cadre est vraiment idyllique. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, il y a un large choix, entre les gâteaux, fruits, pain, etc… Les personnes qui nous servent sont absolument adorables ! Nous avons tenté de manger le premier soir mais c’est vraiment très cher pour ce que c’est. Le plat était tellement salé qu’il en était limite immangeable (antipastis et lasagnes étaient bons, par contre). Par contre, dernier GROS point. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture, ne comptez pas sur l’aide de la réception pour vous aider à trouver un transport pour rentrer à l’aéroport. Jamais vu quelqu’un qui montrait si peu de volonté. Nous avons donc été forcés de dormir ailleurs, où nous trouverions des taxis pour rentrer le lendemain. Nous avons demandé à avoir notre dernière nuit remboursée mais ça a été un non, alors que nous n’étions pas fautifs dans cette histoire. Lorsqu’on a un hotel, on doit avoir des solutions pour les personnes en voiture, mais aussi pour celles qui viennent sans. Elle a appelé deux taxis, ils pouvaient pas et elle a abandonné en disant que c’était pas possible. En conclusion, c’est très joli, mais ayez une voiture et n’attendez pas trop de la réception ;-)

Nach ca. 2 km unbefestigter Straße erreicht man das Landgut zwischen tausenden Olivenbäumen. Es sind diverse alte Gebäude mit insgesamt 41 Zimmern. Viele Blumen und Pflanzen täuschen über den ungepflegten Zustand hinweg. Die Anlage war recht leer und so konnten wir die Ruhe genießen. Zur Abkühlung steht ein Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Auch hier zeigen sich die Liegen in einem ungepflegten Zustand Das Abendessen für 25€/Person ist nicht empfehlenswert. Man wird zwar satt, aber die Speisen sind auf unterem Niveau.

Établissement agréable bucolique et calme. Cependant la wifi ne fonctionne pas et pas de réseau.

Awful, do NOT stay here. We booked based on the photos on website especially the pool area, but the pool was empty save for slimy pond full of tadpoles! Furniture was broken and sunbeds rotten. Grounds were overgrown. The place was run down and appeared abandoned for years! Holes in wall next to electricity sockets, cheap plastic cups, mould on shower floor .. just awful.

A fantastic find - close to airport, lovely property, lovely food- simple but excellent - very quiet. Highly recommend a night or two here. Its nice to get away from the crowds at the beach.. I will definitely return

A stunning setting.Greeted by the lovely Angela or Francesca,who were extremely helpful. The owner was very curious and greeted us daily.Our standard room was amazing.Lovely friendly ladies refreshed our room daily. The grounds,garden all well kept a natural look in keeping with the 15th Century building. Rosata greets you with a smile at breakfast and sets out a lovely choice and great coffee. It was extremely quiet but that suited us.Any drinks just go to reception. Would suggest getting snacks and drinks from local supermarket and store in your own fridge. Beautiful pool area with noticeable new sunbeds.Good base for exploring the area.Evening meals based on local produce and all very good. Had a wonderful relaxing break. Highly Recommend.

Nothing like the photos. The pool was a muddy brown puddle in the deep end full of tadpoles. Lots of tiles on the pool floor were broken with sharp edges. Round the pool there was no seating and the cushions under the canopy were brown and mouldy. The gardens were overgrown with weeds. The furniture was either rotten wood or plastic chairs. Everything was worn, neglected and needed replaced. In the bedroom were exposed wires in both bedside lamps and a hole in the wall adjacent to one plug. Very disappointing all round and not what we were expecting

As the title says a very important detail to notice before booking is that the beautiful pictures of loungers around a glassy pool are a fiction for the early part of the season - so beware. On arrival we were told it might open on 1st June, until then it's just a sad, deserted muddy puddle. As we'd thought we'd booked a hotel with a pool, we were very disappointed & mentioned it twice to the receptionist, but no action was taken. I'll add, too, avoid rooms 1-4 on site as your bedroom window looks straight out onto a car port & the larger car park.
