酒店離市區稍遠，但給了我意外的驚喜，酒店並不大，但小巧精緻，房間乾淨整潔明亮，床很舒服，早餐也還可以，服務好，入住體驗滿意，推薦！

Bed bugs were pouring from bed in room 227, horrible experience. Got chewed up in short period, had to call front desk to change the room. I was sick with my son and had to take medications. Hotel staff refused to acknowledge even we had videos of bed bugs. Very disappointed.

Welcoming staff was very friendly and nice. Simple, clean service desk. The room was terribly musty and that smell didn't go away once the A/C was turned on. That really drops the rating of a hotel for me and my family. The room was average and essentially handled the minimal for a stay.

We had a wonderful stay! From the staff at the front desk, to every employee we passed along the way telling us “Good morning”, to the breakfast area that was kept so clean, to the 24/7 hot tea and hot chocolate downstairs (or coffee if that is your preference), to the ambiance of the warm fireplace when you walk in! Rooms were nice and clean too! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

The whole stay was remarkable from the ease of early checkin to accomodate our out of town stay for a bridal shower to the location (close to everything we needed), I definitely recommend this hotel.

Service at check in was professional, courteous and he an absolute gentleman, going over and beyond to be helpful, all while wearing a smile. This means the world when you are traveling with children.

Jason at check in was friendly, professional and quick. Property is in great condition and the same is true for the rooms. Nice room layout made it easy to work and relax.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Immediate location was not walkable, but close to the highway and a quick drive to all the places we needed to visit.

Our assigned room smelled like cat urine. We were told that there was no other room available.

The property was dirty, the room especially the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The staff were friendly

Place smelled like mildew

This property provided park, stay and go to the Syracuse airport. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, arranging an Uber to the airport at 3 am for us, at no additional cost.

This to be the hotel where my family and I would go when we come to the Destiny Mall once a month. Staff is very nice and kids love the pool but I am going to have to look for a new hotel because of the EV charging situation. Most of the times I got to charge for free but now you have to pay. Going to hotel that still lets me charge for free
