安克雷奇海灘度假村(Anchorage Beach Resort)

Awesome service with beautiful pool and nice island ride from anchorage and food is delicious. Highly recommended for a beachside stay

Very distant from airport. Place is secluded and not easily accessible. You need to spend much on taxi/cabs. Cleanliness was bad and beds were dirty & smelly. No toiletries provided. Restaurant only open till 9pm, not good food options.

Cleanliness could be better. No wifi in the rooms. Room service is poor.

Anchorage Beach Resort gets a terrible ratings from my side. The worst service ever, plenty bedbugs inside the room,plenty dust on the floor, dirty bedsheets. Worst customer service. Duty manager always hides around whenever we want to discuss the problems we faced at the resort. Staffs they open the room and get inside the rooms without knocking the door. Worst place for vacation trips. Receptionist reveals all the visitors personal details to the third party.

2 night stay. Its not a 5 star so we didn't expect it to be. The staff were pleasant, the Oceanfront Spa Rooms were as you would expect in a 3 star and the breakfast was adequate for what we paid. If you want housekeeping, you need to ask for it. The resort is off the beaten track so make use of the free shopping trips offered. The restaurant was reasonably priced and food tasty. TV in Fiji as a whole is not great, so I wouldn't holiday here to to watch TV. You will get 2 channels (if you're lucky). At high tide, its a wonderful view! Suggestion for staff to clean the pool earlier (maybe at 6am?) as kids started to lose patience when told to wait for cleaning at 10am

Am very sad to say I have almost nothing positive to say, on ARRIVAL, we were informed that the following areas were no go zones during our stay..1..advised to stay away from the pool in the brochure ..2.. this included the jacuzzi.. 3.. the restaurant was not available to us, though breakfast, included in the tariff could be delivered to our room.. 3.. the spa and massage facility was off limits to us…4..internet access not available to us, 5.. we arrived on a Saturday and found room safe not working, it took until Monday to get someone to fix the safe and secure our valuables,,, on a positive note as mentioned somewhere else Jeffrey was friendly and personable… sadly we will never return…

Anchorage Resort Lautoka Fiji 抵達後，我們得到了錯誤的房間。兩張雙人床而不是一張特大床。已經很晚了，所以我沒有大驚小怪......但是我在半夜醒來，發現了幾十隻蟑螂。我感到噁心並拍了照片。我早上向經理報告了這件事，並向她展示了照片。即使在我要求退還當晚的住宿費用後，她也沒有感到不安。她承諾在我們的下一個目的地 Funky Fish 進行升級。
