Last time we stayed here they had brand new coin operated laundry machines for guests. However, despite the fact that those machines are literally still on the premises, they are animate that laundry is not available. Also, the first time we had stayed in awhile they CLEARLY had undergone a change of ownership and because they did not recognize us we were definitely treated as low life's. I was on the first floor just looking out the huge bay window admiring the Atlantic City skyline when I heard elder middle eastern later calling out in a somewhat nasty tone. I chose to ignore and mind my own business. Well as I paid her no mind she worked her way down the hall yelling to me until she came to the conclusion that I was either hard of hearing or deaf. So when she eventually invaded my personal space and was yelling as though that might be helpful had i been deaf and tried to grab my arm when I turned to her and asked her very nicely if she could refrain from screaming as I am right there and there is no need to ever touch a guest unless there is a pending safety issue. She started yelling at me to "go to my room" "you must remain in your room" clearly that didn't go over well. After 2 days of ignorance, we were able to hash things out, but they need a good lesson on our culture and tolerance.

Es un buen lugar en tamaño, especialmente para estacionar, sin embargo las habitaciones son muy viejas y mal arregladas, no tienen el debido cuidado en los detalles, las sábanas y almohadas muy viejas y dañabas por el mucho uso. Las cortinas con daños, los baños y sus cortinas con daños.. El restaurante no está apto para decirse que es un desayuno continental, ya que consistía en solamente un solo termo de leche para muchas personas, no había una sola fruta, no juegos revueltos ni de ningún tipo. Nada de jamón ni queso, ni salchichas, ni chocolate o avena. En fin, es un desayuno sumamente limitado y penoso. Es mejor decirle al cliente que tienen un café incluido y no llame eso desayuno.

Ofrecen desayuno y en realidad no había nada y demasiada gente junta y aparatos descompuestos

Place was filthy. Sign on front desk stated no housekeeping due to covid. Pretty sure it hasn't been cleaned since then. Coffee was bad, apple juice was actually some other fruit juice and the only food was corn flakes, toast and hostess danishes.

The room was not the cleanest. Stains on the ceiling and the corners in the tub were stained with black mold. We had roaches in the room. First night checked in super late and went right to bed. Saw a couple roaches near the fridge in the morning after waking up. Never anyone at the front desk to file our complaint. Do not waste your money or time staying here.

The hotel is ok, however housekeeping did a terrible job of cleaning, they left a make-up brush on the table and something was on the carpet and was not cleaned at all..other then that it was a cheap stay.. not good but ok..

The place is in need of rehabbing.deplorable conditions. Beds were sunken in and so uncomfortable, looks very old. Toilet not flushing, shower had cracks all over tiles. No lights in room. Had to call for a light. Could never recommend to anyone.

The sheets on the bed only covered 3/4 of the bed. The person bringing new sheets just walked into the room without knocking or announcing themselves. Only 1 ice machine in the building. The shower rod was broken and the curtain was not long enough.The paint on the wall was chipped. Can someone contact me please

Line was long to check in. Bed skit had a very obvious stain of fluid. Bathroom wall had a crack all the way down the wall-going to my room felt unsafe-. When I returned from AC at 10pm a man followed me to my floor. I didn’t even unpack already feeling uneasy so got back and closed the suitcase up and ran out of there!!

Needs an upgrade.. black mold in bathroom. Not properly cleaned . Old cigarette and blunt wrappers by night stand... Dust and spider webs in windor seals and on the lamps. Dresses broken... And shower filthy... I have video of all of this ..

The shower curtain was ready to come off the wall and the bed was like sleeping I. The floor and the breakfast was so bad had no options will not stay there again

At check-in the representative asked me for my ID and my credit card. The guy made a copy of my credit card and when I asked why? He stated for incidental purposes. I told him that is why you placed a hold on my credit card. I asked him to give me that copy, they should bot keep record of it. He stated they do it to all customers. The guy gave it back to me but was upset. Hotels should not keep a cooy of credit cards. It messed up my mood and trust in this hotel.

They Need to make sure that everything is working in the room. The phone cord was cut lamp not working by the Bed light over Saint near the bathroom only one side working tub leaded to me change near the drain green brownish color.. One of the guests call me over to let us know. We need to check our account because they made a copy of her bank on incredible which is unacceptable. I give them a B on service. Breakfast : only 1 chose of clod cereal, toast, a dinish, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. Not my cup of tea.
