My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. Manish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

Een top hotel: super professionele service en enorm vriendelijk personeel en ***agement. Ze doen er alles in je een aangenaam verblijf te geven. Een oase aan rust en netheid na een bezoek aan het drukke stoffige centrum. Een aanrader! Zeer propere kamers, het ruikt ook heel lekker en aangegaan in het hotel. Wij hebben in de rooftop restaurant gegeten: mooi zicht op het fort. Dank ook aan Siya!

Wij hebben op onze India rondreis één nacht geboekt in de Marriott in Jaisalmer. Zeer mooie ruime kamers op wandelafstand van het centrum. Super vriendelijk onthaal. Prachtig rooftop restaurant. Ruim ontbijt. Mooie fitness . Alles wat je nodig hebt!

A 15h30 une de nos chambres n'était pas prête et nous avons attendu 30 minimum de plus car la personne de l accueil qui nous a accompagnés ne connaissait pas le numéro de l.une des chambres ! Ne pas prendre les chambres avec vue fort il y a un chantier en cours le long de l hôtel qui gâche la vue et salit énormément les fenêtres Hôtel très bien placé Équipe du restaurant très efficace

Raffinato hotel ci abbiamo soggiouper due notti. Lobby elegante e camere grandi e confortevoli, arredi di gusto e molto pulito. Colazione e cena a buffet molto varie, in una sala spaziosa e ben organizzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina bellissima e palestra aperta sempre. Che dire? Siamo stati benissimo.

Na nossa recente viagem pela Índia pernoitámos 3 noites em Jaisalmer e escolhemos o Marriott Jaisalmer Resort para ficar. Como Lifetime Titanium imaginarão que nós viajamos bastante e recorda-mo-nos de algumas propriedades da cadeia Marriott onde os seus membros são reconhecidos devidamente. E desde logo devo dizer que este é uma que vai ficar na memória. À chegada, fomos muito bem acolhidos pela Guest Relations Manager que nos processou o check in, sentados numa mesa do lobby, foi-nos oferecido um sumo, fomos por ela acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma Marriott Suite (#140), vista Courtyard (pena que a zona do Courtyard estivesse em obras). Foram-nos dadas as explicações necessárias e esperava-nos na suite, uma carta de boas vindas, fruta e bolos de cortesia. A suite era muito ampla, com quarto separado da sala, duas casas de banho, uma delas com duche e banheira separados, dois lavabos, produtos de banho de boa qualidade e dispensados generosamente. Havia café instantâneo e água gratuitos e repostos diariamente. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown funcionou excelentemente. A cama era muito confortável, assim como as almofadas. O AC funcionou silenciosamente e manteve a temperatura requerida. As áreas comuns do resort eram luxuosas, perfumadas, bem mantidas e muito limpas. Tem infra-estruturas de apoio variadas como SPA, sala de jogos, ginásio, piscina, etc. Existem ainda pequenos espetáculos ao fim da tarde que ocorrem no seu courtyard. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet no seu restaurante que tinha uma ampla gama de itens quer indianos, quer internacionais. Nas horas de ponta, o serviço tornou-se um pouco caótico. Por ser Titanium e, apesar desta propriedade ser um resort, fomos convidados para a happy hour diária que ocorreu no seu Dunes Bar & Lounge, das 17:00 às 19:00 horas, onde foram apresentadas, à la carte itens de comida e bebida muito satisfatórios. Gesto que foi por nós apreciado e que, sem dúvida, é uma mais valia do Marriott Jaisalmer. Em suma, classificamos este Marriott como um resort que oferece um serviço e instalações de luxo acima do standard esperado para uma propriedade desta gama. É um resort que, sendo recomendado a todos os clientes, é, na realidade, o local apropriado para os seus membros Marriott Bonvoy, pois aqui estes sentem-se reconhecidos e acarinhados. A única coisa que tem de ser melhorada é o processamento de crédito de pontos depois da estadia. Esse assunto correu mal e apenas depois de vários emails enviados para a correção dos pontos e, finalmente, para o general manager, a situação foi resolvida. A direção do resort não deve deixar que estes problemas minor estraguem a excelência do serviço prestado durante a estadia.

We arrived late in the evening, we had sent a message that we arrived late, but that was not answered, that was unfortunately because we were not really received, it seemed that the hotel was closed, the staff is very friendly. The cleaning staff was very professional and cleaned very well, the hotel is beautiful, really Instagram photo worthy. The beds are super good and the bathroom is spacious. The pool is large and clean. The restaurant for breakfast is tasty, for lunch it was also tasty.

We spent two nights from 02 Aug to 04 Aug 2025 at this property, being a Marriott Bonvoy member & having spent two memorable holidays earlier in the past. To our shocking surprise, the stay at this property was not comfortable as the AC of the room was not at all working and even despite addressing it thrice with the Front Desk and Housekeeping, the issue was not addressed appropriately, posing total discomfort. Secondly, the coffee sachet kept in the room had expired, mfg date displayed as Aug 2023. It is quite appalling that a property of Marriott pays such poor attention to Guest comforts and responsiveness. The only good thing about this hotel was the active and responsive F&B staff, viz Chef Pratap and Dilwer, Sheetal, Nisha, Aryan, Sonali & Deepu who all served us during various meals. The only responsive person from the Housekeeping was Krishna.
