巴赫克毛拉貝綠洲村和體育做拉戈飯店(Parque Mourabel- Pe Do Lago- Oasis Village)

A great hotel complex. Reception staff were SO helpful, above and beyond! Friendly and can communicate very well in English. A lovely walk to the marina from the hotel, takes a good 25-30mins though. This is fine but with young children it can take double the time 🤣, so, we hired bikes. The reception staff sorted this for us. It was a great bike rental company. Choice of three swimming pools but all are not heated. I’m a swimmer, after about 20 lengths I just got colder and colder. But fine for a cool down dip. My six and four year old did get in for a few minutes. They open late, 10am. I like to swim from 7.30/8am. So, if you’re after an early morning swim head for the sea. We had a massive apar**ent, it was fantastic. All necessities for self catering. Our apar**ent was clean, however, day two the cleaners were at our door around 3pm on our return from a day out. So, we told them not to bother to clean our room so that we could go into it. They did leave us more loo roll and towels. So, our apar**ent wasn’t cleaned throughout our five night stay, but where our apar**ent was so spacious it felt clean and tidy anyhow. Supermarket serves fresh rolls every morning and has a fair selection. Tasty fruit. There needs to be more child friendly facilities, like a play park, but the Portuguese don’t seem to have them like we do in England. Overall, it’s a basic hotel, but clean, pleasant and friendly staff.

Tinha uma reserva para agosto e perante uma questão relacionada com intolerâncias alimentares, as respostas foram no mínimo... surpreendentes ( vejam as fotos... ). É claro que cancelei!

Destaco a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários. os apartamentos estão bem equipados, em termos de material não falta nada, o único apontamento negativo que tenho é em relação aos sofás cama que não são muito confortáveis. 1 quarto com duas camas, e dois sofás camas na sala, éramos 4 pessoas, e havia toalhas para todos, todos os dias as camas eram feitas. foi uma estadia positiva!

Apartamento normal, preço demasiado elevado para a qualidade dos apartamentos. O pior são mesmo alguns dos proprietários do empreendimento que se acham superiores e acham que tem mesmo mais direito ao espaço originando confusão para quem procura uma semana de descanso com as crianças. Tivemos um problema e também verifiquei que a situação não foi bem gerida por quem gere o espaço pois ou têm condições para alugar ou não têm. Se pagamos também temos direito ao espaço. De resto enalteço a simpatia de alguns funcionários e especialmente das senhoras da limpeza sempre preocupadas com o bem estar dos clientes.

Apartamentos muito bons, Localização perfeita perto da Marina de Vilamoura e ótimos acessos. Piscina muito limpa e um bar fantástico para beber qualquer coisa ao fim da tarde e ouvir uma musiquinha anos 70/80/90 fantástica, acompanhados de um bom atendimento.

Conhecemos o empreendimento através de um voucher da Deflegma. Quando chegámos ao parque Mourabel, fomos encaminhamos para um apartamento T1 no Oásis Village. Este apartamento tinha condições péssimas a todos os níveis: mau cheiro, cozinha sem quaisquer condições, casa de banho com azulejos encardidos, sala com sofás cama desconfortáveis e cheiro a mofo, porta de entrada velha, quarto com camas absolutamente horríveis. Nenhum ponto positivo a destacar do apartamento. Quando nos tentaram vender uma subscrição do clube 7Across, ainda nos disseram que ficamos naquele apartamento mísero porque os remodelados eram para os sócios. O restaurante Oásis é péssimo, os funcionários de sala são prestáveis mas a comida é muito fraca. Cobrar 24€ por um prato de bife pimenta em que apresentam um naco de carne queimado (preto) com batatas fritas congeladas e salada que mais parecia de pacote. Mau demais…. Do tornedó… Nem vale a pena falar… Após três noites desconfortáveis dirigimo-nos ao balcão para fazer o check out antecipado e foi-nos dito que podíamos fazer o upgrade para um apartamento superior por 20€/ noite, o que é inadmissível. Definitivamente, uma experiência a não repetir.

Logement convenable

Coming to the end of a 6 night stay. Check in was easy and shown to a clean if somewhat tired apar**ent. However, you get what you pay for. It is clean, well sized, comfy bed with plenty of utilities like a fridge, microwave, oven, hairdryer, iron and board. The grounds are immaculate with a small bar and dining area. We only had breakfast and a lunch in the restaurant, it was good quality and value for money. The pool area is quiet with no rush for beds. A well priced supermarket is 5 mins walk away. It’s an easy 30 mins walk to the beautiful marina. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby which we used occasionally, again they were good We used Uber on an evening to get to Vilamoura, never paid more than 5 euros. We had an issue whilst draining the bath as discharging water came up through the overflow in the bathroom. After mopping up the towels were swapped. The gratis coach to Vilamoura is convenient but if they could make the 1600 hrs run a little later it would help. All in all a very good relaxed stay.

What a lovely little place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the sun. We stayed for 4 nights self catering. Apar**ent was adequate but in need of an update, we could see that this was happening in other apar**ents so it's obviously something the owners are doing. Apar**ent was clean and had what we needed, a small kitchenette with kettle, toaster and microwave and a small hob. Decent sized fridge. Bathroom was fine, good shower and clean. Lovely little balcony for sitting and enjoying the evening sunshine. Staff were good and helpful. Pool area was nice, no kids pool and no umbrellas so when it gets hot it's difficult to get shade. Food in the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced, staff friendly. We were about 15 minutes walk from the marina which was a nice walk down. There's a bus 3 times a day that goes to the beach, it's free and is part of the hotel. There's also a little train which costs €6 for the day per adult, it's an experience but a bit of fun! On the whole we enjoyed our trip and would return, our apar**ent was in a quiet part of the complex so was ideal. We also had air conditioning in the room which was included. The hotel cat, Mal, is lovely but she's always sleeping!!
