Hotel Panorama has been our Venice hotel for many years, always welcoming. Ideally situated at the Lido No 1 vaporetto stop (best bus ride in the world) stop take a front room for the best view in the world when you open the shutters on a sunny day. Do not expect a grand hotel or a flashy one but do expect high personal standards of good hospitality led by Francesca and Eugenio, backed up now by Alice (third generation family) and Roberta in charge of a fine breakfast selection.

I would definitely recommend this ho(s)tel to young people. All the team was kind and helpful, although a very few of them spoke italian. The location is amazing, San Marco and its beautiful surroundings easy to reach by vaporetto number 2 - by the way.. if you are planning to spend at least 2-3 days it‘s worth buying a Venice card. Our bedroom was absolutely clean and the mattress comfortable. Still I would have appreciated one more towel pro person… by the high rate we paid.

這是我第3次來威尼斯玩了,經過一天的遊覽,能回到像冰箱一樣涼爽的房間簡直是享受,我們的房間就是這樣。 酒店地點絕佳,坐落於公園旁邊的一個安靜的區域內,2分鐘走到vaparetto站,能帶你去礁湖（lagoon）的任何地方。我們猜走路25分鐘經過很多橋就能到聖馬克。我們晚上經常這樣走,白天這樣走實在太熱了!在Vaparetto衹要5到10分鐘就有一班船,而且涼快很多!! 大家關於這家酒店説的都是真的——早餐美味,房間品質高。雖然網速慢,但是能夠免費上網。我們到達的那天酒店提供歡迎酒水,最後那晚我們在院子裏享受着雞尾酒,才9歐（90元）!酒吧男招待調製的長島冰茶是我們喝過最好喝的! 頂級貼士——如果你是做飛機來的,在到達服務枱買vaparetto通票（我們買了72小時的花了33歐,相當於330元）你可以乘坐5號車從機場出發,20分鐘開到羅馬廣場,然後你再坐51,52,41或者42路水上巴士,到S.Elena站下。走2分鐘就能到酒店,途中也沒有台階什麼的,拖有輪子的行李不會不方便。 我們一直用這個通票來着,比機場的水上巴士要便宜很多（水上巴士要貴25歐）,我們這一趟少於一小時——坐公車去機場要一小時十分鐘或一小時四十分鐘不等呢——坐vaparetto衹要半小時,公車要20分鐘就夠了。 酒店拐角有家叫Al Pampo的飯店,是我們至今為止吃過最好吃的一家——而且也是最最便宜的一家!!我們吃了3道餐,每道67歐（670元）,還包括紅酒,價格合理,還給我們找足了零錢,可以去聖馬可廣場看palm orchestras表演呢!!Al pampo週日不營業。 注意所有在威尼斯中心買便宜匹薩餅的地方——酒水都極貴!我們買匹薩花了7歐（70元）,兩瓶啤酒卻要12歐（120元）,我們非常不爽!! 總之,要大力推薦酒店給想遠離熙熙攘攘的威尼斯的人們,酒店安靜平和,想去任何地方也都方便!我們預訂的時候有優惠,我會懷着激動的心情再回去住的!

這家酒店在各方面都絕對令人驚嘆。房間是摩爾人主題，感覺有點過時，但寬敞舒適。值班經理羅伯塔（Roberta）是個了不起的人。她向我們展示了威尼斯需要參觀的所有地方，並為我們繪製了地圖。所有的工作人員都竭盡全力（除了我的太陽眼鏡莫名其妙地從我的房間失踪這一事實，這令人失望）。我們是在威尼斯電影節結束後一天到達的，所以非常安靜。我們擁有自己的海灘，大海很乾淨，令人驚嘆的清爽，還有美麗的日出景色。藍色酒吧全天供應食物，他們的提拉米蘇非常好吃。泳池區乾淨漂亮，但關閉得很早（我相信是下午 6 點）。自助早餐很美味，酒店宏偉而美麗。請注意，飯店提供往返威尼斯和威尼斯的免費接駁車，但如果您有行李，則不提供接駁車。僅當您要去城市一日遊時。如果您攜帶行李前往火車站或機場，則需要預訂私人水上計程車（約 90 歐元）。不過還是值得的…到火車站只需大約 20 分鐘，飯店會為您安排。您也可以搭乘公共渡輪，但速度較慢且擠滿了人。

性價比超級高的選擇！酒店位置離聖露琪亞車站不遠，省了拖着行李在城裡走很久的麻煩。不過也是要過幾座橋的。 酒店價格是這次旅行最低的（而且是含早之後最低），但是體驗感算是最好的。辦理入住的小姐姐是難得一見的美音英語交流（意式英語真的很難動😭）入住很快。 整個酒店是電影主題，因為威尼斯電影節的當地特色吧。大堂放了很多超棒的電影書籍雜誌，翻閲需要和工作人員説一下。牆面也有很多老照片，而且做了展簽註解。 早餐也棒！餐廳名字都是膠片的8mm😊總的來説是很好很好的威尼斯住宿選擇！

I stayed here for 3 nights in April with my mother in a Gold Leaf Superior Room. I booked online directly with the Hotel Monaco website. It was quite expensive but our stay was outstanding. Our room itself had no view because I think I booked the most “basic” room. I think we looked out to another building/wall. But we didn’t come to Venice to lounge around the hotel room, so I think if you want to save a bit of money, and you aren’t trying to impress your roommate, just get a room without a view. Yes, it’s small (about 22 square meters), but it’s still very comfortable. The room decor is like a grand Venetian style, not modern, which I actually really enjoyed because it matches the atmosphere of the city. I loved the minty pistachio green and gold and fancy swirls. I loved the greenish Murano glass lamps in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a pocket door. There was turn down service each evening. There was a box of chocolate wafers in our room as a welcome gift. The view at breakfast is fantastic! If it’s warm enough you can eat breakfast outside. If not, you eat breakfast inside, and there are indoor tables with clear views of the canal. Breakfast foods include really lovely fresh cut fruits (not mixed together!) breads, jams, scrambled eggs, yogurts, pastries, croissants. If you want to order a sunny side up egg, that would be an additional charge. Hotel Monaco offers a complimentary speedboat shuttle to Murano island and tour of the Murano glass factory. You just have to ask the concierge. No other hotel guests happened to want to go to Murano at the hour we did, so we had a private speedboat ride to and from Murano which was amazing. Hotel Monaco’s location is perfect. It’s literally steps away from St. Mark’s Square. If you like window shopping luxury goods, or actually shopping for them, this hotel is just steps from Brunello Cucinelli, Tiffany & Co, Celine, Golden Goose, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, and Loro Piana. These aren’t places where I shop, but it was lovely to walk by their windows each morning and evening. We ate lunch at Hotel Monaco for our last meal in Venice, and it was nice, but I was not very impressed with the food. I thought the pasta was a bit bland compared to the meal I had at Osteria Enoteca San Marco. I shared a Mediterranean blue lobster with white asparagus and hazelnuts as a starter, and had linguine with lemon, Scamorza cheese, ragout of scampi and capers as my main course. So I would recommend a cappuccino and cake at the hotel restaurant in lieu of lunch or dinner. Having said that, lunch was packed, and if you would like to dine there, be sure to make a reservation. This was a luxurious hotel and I would certainly recommend it and stay here again if I could.

最滿意的是床品，公共空間很美。酒店每天的房價波動有點大。威尼斯反正都是步行。我們把換洗的必要的東西放背包，行李箱寄酒店。等下午15點以後再查是否有便宜價格出來。或者走到哪裡看到中意的酒店就直接住進去。威尼斯新出太多好的五星級酒店了。大可以多嘗試！

Excellent location, spacious room and bathroom. Wonderful breakfasts and food in general. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the care we received from staff. We highly recommend this hotel.
