First off the shower wasn’t working properly n tub was filling up with water while showering…then there’s no microwave to warm your food up n no fridge to keep your food in…then Hooters was never opened as it states as part of you itinerary…one elevator working…workers lied about holding our baggage because of late flight so we checked out n spent more money at Motel 6 just to be able to rest n not tug our luggage around all day…pool wasn’t open n it was 82 degrees everyday…asked for new towels from housekeeping at 3pm one day had to call back next day because they never came….i will never stay here ever again no a bad location from ***** but their service is terrible and they lie about everything u ask them it’s always the new system to why they can’t do this or that…maybe they shud shut down

I booked 2 rooms and they was to be together and they weren't.

장점, 방이 무척 넓다. 베가스에 다른 호텔에서는 주지 않는 물을 준다는 것. 저렴하게 잠만 잘거라면 나쁘지 않음 단점, 냉장고 없음, 건물 전체적으로 노후화 심함.

I had an awful stay at this OYO Hotel in Las Vegas. The rooms were filthy: unmade and dirty beds, stains on the carpet, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I checked in. Any time I asked for assistance, they acted like I was bothering them. The worst part was the manager at check out when they refused to provide me with an invoice and checked me out when I had to leave for the airport at 3am. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was dismissive and argumentative, showing no interest in solving the issues. It’s shocking how little they care about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and stay literally anywhere else. This place is a total disappointment and not worth a single dollar.
