The hotel offers a magical otherworldly ”heaven-earth-hell” experience. It started with a hooded and cloaked reception staff welcoming us with free drinks and cake at this majestic high ceiling sitting room straight out of a medieval castle. We were given the grand tour of the hotel, going up the main dining room, through the bar and indoor lounge area, the open roof deck with the majestic view, through the bright and light color appointed ”heaven” rooms to the dark mysterious and cave-like ”earth-hell” rooms, and finally down Dante's ”hell” where the heated indoor pool and spa was located. Everywhere was picturesque. We couldn't help but take pictures all the time, even in the bathroom. Besides the place itself, service was excellent. Restaurant served a beautiful breakfast spread, literally filling up the entire table counter space with delicious jams, nuts, cheese, bread, deli meat. And we could even order additional hot egg dishes like menemen, omelettes and pancakes. Only downside to the hotel is that it is not handicapped-friendly. No elevators and bathrooms all have tubs with shower.

We are a family of 4, my husband and I with our 2 kids. We stayed at the Cappadocia old house. Such a relaxing cozy and hospitable environment. We were welcomed by the owner/manager after a morning flight and long morning without any food. They immediately showed us our room and had already began preparing a breakfast table for us. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. Each of us had a bed to sleep on. By the time we just placed our luggage in the room and came down to the garden the food was ready! It was a delicious Turkish breakfast spread. The staff are so hospitable and welcoming and really maintained the relaxing ambiance in the hotel. The owner made us feel so comfortable by showing my kids his kittens and the pet turtles he had in the garden! They were able to pet and carry the animals as much as they wanted. He also asked us about our day plans and helped us get around and make reservations for different excursions in the city. We Highly recommend this location. Very safe area. It was definitely worth every penny and hope to be back soon!

If you're expecting a fancy 5-star with room service, spa, multiple restaurants and all the other creature comforts, Taru Cave Suites is not for you. They're a small, family-run business with ten rooms, so they don't have all those bells and whistles. What they DO have however, far outweighs what they don't – an authentic 'cave' experience balanced with just the right amount of modern-day comforts. We reached the hotel quite late and Daniel at the front desk was up, bright as a daisy, to check us in and help us get settled. The reception is at the top level and the rooms are spread across three levels down. The room itself was spacious with a cavernous (literally and figuratively) attached bath. A big, comfortable metal (wasn't sure if it was wrought iron or brass) bed, a couple of chairs and a TV assured us we were living in modern times. A huge balcony was the highlight (ours was the only room with a balcony). Sadly, it was raining and cold and windy, so we couldn't make proper use of it. There is no room service, nor does the hotel have attached restaurants. Of course, you can order in from the restaurants in Göreme city center (they have the menus in the room), but we chose to walk around and eat at authentic places close by. They do have a breakfast place where a staff of three makes fresh breakfast every morning. If it's not too cold, feel free to take your cup of coffee to the attached terrace and enjoy taking in the view. The staff is amazing – friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout-out to Daniel (thank you for taking our calls at midnight just to tell us the WiFi password!) and Bahar (thank you for pointing us to the Apetito restaurant!) Would definitely recommend this place.

The whole experience was different from other hotels The fact that it's located bit distant from the crowded place yet you can see the whole town below made me feel special. The rooms were big yet felt so cozy and warm.

It's a small hotel in Urgüp,walking distance to the Urgüp city, around 20 minutes to Goreme ( hot air baloon area). The rooms are equipped with tea coffee facility and small cooler. Rooms are equipped with heaters. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Some of them don't speak English but trying their best with a translator. However, Anal , who is at the reception can speak English and is very helpful. Even in the middle of the night he fixed the hot water in our room. He helped us with arranging a taxi to watch balloons early. He's an excellent worker. Also Fatima at the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Attended to all our requirements at the breakfast. There are many tour agents in the town area and you can arrange daily tours. It's a beautiful, small hotel with friendly staff.

We stayed 3 nights and we would have liked to extend our stay. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly blended with the surroundings, located in a unique environment with views that will remain in our memory forever. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was walking through it, your imagination took you to another time. Breakfast was typical Turkish, fabulous and amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to any request, especially I remember Volkan who was at the reception, he helped us a lot with his explanations about the places we should visit explaining the reasons for doing so, he was a charming person for us. We definitely have to go back.

Cave Konak Hotel is a very clean, well maintained hotel, steps away from lovely restaurants and souvenier shops. After a tiring journey with delayed flights at every stage, we arrived in Cappadocia at 3.00 am. It was a pleasant surprise to come out of the airport and find Adnan, the co-owner of the hotel, personally waiting for us. We did not have the cave room and had the suite instead which was quite lovely. The care and attention that Adnan, his co-owner, Colleen, and their staff (especially Hashim) put into the hotel clearly shows through. The personal attention to detail, the homemade jams for breakfast, the recommendations for local restaurants and the suggestions for what activities to do; it was all much appreciated. There's only one reason why I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 and that is Colleen. I'm hoping that Colleen is open to some constructive criticism. She's the classic example of someone who is penny wise and pound foolish. The fact that she asked for payment for a bottle of water we'd used from the minibar left a sour taste at the end of our stay at Cave Konak Hotel. When we could buy a pack of 6 two liter bottles of water at less than $2 at the local convenience store, it seemed petty for Colleen to ask us to pay for a bottle of water! Especially given that in all our travels, we've never come across a hotel where a complimentary bottle of water is not provided in the rooms. All the good vibes Colleen had built with us in the previous 3 days went down the drain at that point. To be brutally honest, if it wasn't for Adnan, I'd have rated Cave Konak 3 stars just because of that one incident. People will forget what you said or did but will never forget how you made them feel! And the feeling Colleen left us with as we were driving off to the airport was not a nice one. The hot-air balloon ride is a definite must. I'd do that again in a heartbeat. We thoroughly enjoyed the Green Tour in Cappadocia. I wouldn't recommend the Red Tour though as it just involved being bussed from one valley to another to see rock formations, with marketing stops in between at a leather showroom and a ceramic/pottery store (maybe it was just our luck with the tour guide we had for the day as he seemed rather uninterested and sounded like he was just regurgitating information that we'd already read online). The sunset ATV Tour was great fun and I would recommend it. However, we had an extremely scary experience when the brakes failed on the quad bike my wife was riding and the only way she could bring it to a stop was by ramming into another quad bike. It was either that or going over the cliff! The equipment was obviously not well maintained and we had the added difficulty of the operator/guide not being conversant in English. Maybe we should have done our own research and booked the tours ourselves rather than rely on Cave Konak Hotel to do it for us. To summarize, Cave Konak is an wonderful hotel. I felt like I was staying at my family’s home! The business is run and operated by son and father, they are very kind and easy going. The hotel has relics and antiques, making it feel very authentic. The rooms are kitschy and have a lot of character!! Beautiful views and very quiet. There’s a nice living room and patio to sit and read a book or just relax after a long day of site seeing. The bathroom shower is next to toilet without a separating wall which at first I thought was odd, but i got used to it and realized it’s fine! I saw other room has a separator and with 2 beds, so you’ll need to request this one. Also water ran hot and strong. Beds is on the harder side but for some that’s great and I hear that’s how it is in the hotels in this area. I stayed 6 nights and loved it at Born Hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

酒店位於於爾居普小鎮上 是一個非常安靜 環境優雅的地方，離鎮中心也就200米，非常適合情侶出遊，酒店老闆Baran 是一個心地善良非常熱心的人，他幫我們預定了卡帕多奇亞的一日游，非常不錯的出遊體驗，而且他英語非常好👍交流完全沒有問題，整個酒店的風格就是歐式洞穴我和我女朋友都特別喜歡這個地方！中庭布置得特別用心，無論從哪個角度取景拍攝都是Ins網紅同款！早餐非常豐富！而且酒店的員工雖然不會英語但是都特別可愛！很熱情，完美的體驗！下次有機會還會再來！Ps. 要是能有洗衣服務就更好了！以下是簡單的幾張照片，大家湊合著看吧~
