Great hotel my second time here.

Services was amazing 👏

Felt advertising was misleading, balcony has no furniture and faces a roof, no view at all and not pleasant to be out there. Apparently all king rooms have no view. Rooms are dated , no kitchenette , power points in silly places, overall wouldn’t stay there again for the price. Lovely housekeeping staff. In a good location.

Good hotel, centrally located, nice bed (reasonably soft), good shower. There is not enough parking for all when the hotel is full and you may need to park out on the street. Iron was not of good quality.

Zimmer etwa klein und abgewohnt, Frühstück gab es nur am Wochenende. Das hauseigene Restaurant war hingegen sehr gut mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Fluss

Absolutely disgusting spa. Ran it twice and wiped out brown discharge from jets etc. Dust think on top of mirrors and cupboards. Air-conditioning filter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Went looking for reception but couldn't find them, spoke to H2O worker about the spa condition and no one ever came. Will be calling to talk to manager about what their cleanliness standards are compared to someone who worked as a hotel cleaner. Paid 200 for just 1 night and couldn't even feel comfortable with using the spa due to the filthy water and residue on the bath

very good property.. silence clean room .. will surely recommend to stay if someone is planning for a bundy trip

Great staff in reception! Nice firm bed, charming 4 poster. Only negative was the slatted bathroom door, not much privacy.

Great place to stay. However the walls and floor seem very thin. Parking is limited underground. Overall good place to stay. Will stay again

Excellent location abutting the Burnett River, healthy walks to town center and along the grand river boardwalks, with some great park lands close by. Quality customer service from the get go. Impressive rooms, some have GREAT views staring down the river. Excellent in house restaurant right against the river views. NO SMOKING but you can walk into the park next door for that. Would recommend to friends or business associates.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was great, only 2 issues, king bed was really soft not what i like, second was unfortunate noise, being on road side, heard several sirens.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Brilliant water pressure and immediate hot water. Glorious view of the river from bedroom as well as lounge room. Easy undercover parking and one block from main street.

Noisy at night but not the fault of the hotel. Great staff, very pleasant. Clean rooms and quite spacious. Handy to the CBD.
