伯格弗裡德阿克提夫和療養飯店(Aktiv- & Wellnesshotel Bergfried)

Een grote teleurstelling !! Ik had een dagje spa geboekt en mij werd verteld via de e-mail dat alles vanaf 11:00 open was. Dat kwam goed uit, want mijn behandeling was om 10:00 en ik moest om 14:00 mijn dochter ophalen. Kom ik uit mijn behandeling is 70% van de faciliteiten in de wellness nog dicht en die gingen pas om 14:00 open. Totaal verkeerd ingelicht terwijl ik in de mail expliciet had gevraagd of alles om 11:00 dan open is. Om teleurstellingen te voorkomen, maar helaas was dat het geval. Ik kreeg bij de balie wel mijn geld terug, maar erg hartelijk ging het helaas niet ! Nooit meer

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura ad agosto con la mia famiglia , staff gentilissimo , struttura fantastica , la famiglia che gestisce l hotel è cordialissima . Per i bimbi è proprio un esperienza unica . Ritornerò per le mie vacanze estive .

Kleines eigentlich gemütliches Hotel, doch für den Preis muss einfach mehr kommen. Keine kostenlose Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, extrem überteuerte Getränkepreise, und keinerlei Abendunterhaltung Freitags und Samstags. Service freundlich, jedoch die A**osphäre im Hotel ziemlich steril und deshalb fühlt man sich nicht besonders wohl. Essen gut aber wenige vegane Alternativen, besonders beim Frühstück und der Mittagsjause. Alles in allem doch enttäuschend.

One off the best resorts in the area . Good location , well organized facilities for skiers , very clean and super rooms . Private car indoor parking friendly staff. Buffet - a la carte Restaurant well decorated with all day menu es selections although menu options should be improved . Spa areas good enough but closing time at 20 : 00 is early especially when the hotel is full .

Our stay here has almost spanned ten days (we leave in two days). We don’t see snow in Western Australia so our mouths were wide open at the abundance of snow and arriving on 6 December, it was beginning to feel a lot like Chris**as 🎄 We were collected from the train station by France who was super friendly and give us some local advice. This family ran hotel is superb! Every inch of the hotel is so well thought out and in all honesty, if we were not skiing each day, the hotel alone would offer so much to do. We felt guilty leaving this beautiful place to hit the piste. The staff are all super helpful. No request is too much. So sorry for not remembering all of the names but just a few to mention here: Hannah, Anna, Alexis, Bianca, Johann, Isobela, Patrick, Jonathan, Doriana (sorry if misspelt) and the driver who give us our complimentary trip to the slopes each day! 😊 During our stay we have only had very minor feedback to give directly to the hotel. Nothing to spoil the stay but very minor detail that may put the icing on the cake for some staying guests. It does not reduce the five star review hence our feedback will be directly to hotel and not on here as it may not impact most and would be unfair given the efforts they go to, to make this place as close to perfection as possible. Our 11 and 12 year old said “this place feels like we have landed in heaven.” We have previously stayed in fabulous places so our standards are very high. The Bergfried hotel has met and exceeded our expectations. Some guests were on their eighth stay. That is testament to the standards of this hotel. There is so much we could say about this place but we loved the surprise element of discovering all this hotel had to offer and would hate to take that away from any future guests. Thank you for our wonderful and memorable stay so far. We are not looking forward to checking out 😢

The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room area. Not even for a cup of coffee.

The hotel is generally very good. Service was excellent and the quality of the food at breakfast, lunch (included) and dinner was very good. All staff members speak good English (though English-speaking guests are definitely a minority). A couple of minor points given the hotel is 5-stars. The impression is that the hotel has grown significantly recently, and the "new parts" are excellent - especially the rooftop pool and the downstairs pool. But the layout is confusing - if you arrive by car you park in level -3 (no one meets you), and then you bring your cases up to level 1 where you walk into the lunch buffet, and only then you find reception. Also the hotel is quite dark as it is on the edge of the valley. Our family room had a balcony, but it overlooked the kitchen courtyard. Also, there is no evening turndown service. These are minor ******* and generally the hotel is very good.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Essen ist Einmalig und fast rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Eigentlich eine Vollpension. Getränke für die Kinder sind Gratis am Automaten. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön (Lifestyle-Familienappartement) und gross genug für uns 4. Spa und Fitnesscenter auch perfekt. Das Hotel ist eher klein gehalten, sehr Übersichtlich und es fehlt an gar nichts. Die ganze Familie ist ständig präsent und arbeitet mit. Ganz tolles LOB an die Mitglieder

Ich war im Advent 2022 erneut im Bergfried zu Gast und wohnte diesmal in einem Zimmer im alten Gebäude, welches leider etwas hellhörig war, sonst aber in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, sehr sauber, mit modernem Bad, schönem Balkon und wirklich gemütlich und durchdacht. Sehr schön ist das Radio im Bad, die vielen Steckdosen und der Bewegungsmelder im WC, man merkt, dass hier bei der Gestaltung mitgedacht wurde. Die Familie ist sehr präsent, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und engagiert - super! Auf Sonderwünsche wird problemlos eingegangen, man fühlt sich willkommen. Die Schwimmbäder sind sehr schön, ebenfalls die Saunen und Dampfbäder, wunderbar! Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut temperiert. Schön auch die Teestationen und die Äpfel und Nüsse - super! Nur die Massage hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. Der Infinity Pool draußen öffnet leider erst nachmittags, es wäre schön, wenn man diesen schon morgens nutzen könnte. Vor dem Outdoor Infinity Pool sind die Haken in der Wand sehr lose und müssten angeschraubt werden. Auch das Essen ist sehr gut, positiv ist auch die Tiefgarage und der Shuttle zum Gletscher. Schade, dass es keinen Transfer zurück vom Gletscher zum Hotel gibt. Dies fehlt! Die Salz- und Pfeffermühlen auf den Tischen im Restaurant sehen zwar schön aus, sind aber leider in der Funktion eine Katastrophe. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, frisch, gesund und lecker. Sehr gut! Leider gab es morgens keine frischen Beeren, Grapefruit und Orange, auch gegrilltes Gemüse wäre schön. Auch eingelegte oder eingekochte Äpfel zum Beispiel mit Anis oder Zimt, Marillenkompott und Zwetschgenröster habe ich vermisst. Die Frühstücksköchin (Eierbratstation) war leicht barsch und unfreundlich, wenn man sie besser kennenlernte, wurde sie aber durchaus herzlich. Schön ist es, dass das Rührei täglich anders ist, super! Toll auch die große Auswahl an Milchalternativen. Etwas Varianz bei Wurst und Käse wäre außerdem wünschenswert, auch habe ich Käse am Stück vermisst. Sehr lobenswert ist der frische Kren, Hummus und das Pesto, sowie die Sauce zum Lachs - lecker! Ein wechselnder Saft des Tages, ein wechselndes Ei des Tages und eine wechselnde Süßspeise des Tages (Milchreis, Porridge, Schmarrn, Crêpe, warme Zimtschnecken aus Germteig, Waffeln, French Toast, …) zum Frühstück wären noch eine tolle Ergänzung zu dem wirklich schon ausgesprochen guten Frühstück. Besonders die Smoothie, Säfte (Basilikum ist super!), der frische Orangensaft, der Brotraum, die Palats*****en und das frische Obst und Gemüse sind toll! Der Lunch ist wunderbar, wenn man nach einem Skitag zurück kommt - danke! Mir fehlten allerdings kleine Schilder an den Speisen. Leider waren die warmen Gerichte immer mit sehr wenig Gemüse, die Salate immer recht ähnlich, die Dressings immer gleich und die Suppen mittags sehr salzig und käsig schmeckend, einzig die Curry Ingwer Suppe war wirklich gut. Schön wäre mal eine heisse Bouillon mit Fritatten oder Backerbsen. Die Kuchenauswahl war umfangrei
