Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, die Stühle im Zimmer schmuddlig und keine Steckdose am Bett - kein moderner Standard.

Ended up checking out a day early because the water kept being turned off. Had maintenance come in our room in the morning while we were sleeping unannounced, that is why we checked out a day early. Was told the manager would call us the next morning to see what could be done as far as any type of refund. Never heard from the manager and didn't get any refund at all.

I went to check in and they told me they didn't have a room and that there wasn't a thing they could do for me. I was left without a place to stay!

Nice stay for 1 night

The staff said the property was fully booked and could not provide any additional pillows (only one pillow per person). That was very unfortunate. Room was very small but functional and it was nice to have a working kitchen IF I needed it. The staff was very very nice and apologetic that they couldn’t do more to help with the pillow situation. Other guests were loud and some were even barbecuing on the outdoor walkway near our room which was concerning. You get what you paid for here, but for a night or just a bed to sleep in, it was okay.

The hotel room was very clean. The only thing it lacked was extra amenities that other hotels may have such as shampoo conditioner lotion also the kitchen lacked dishes other than that it was a very pleasant day.

The Room I Booked Was Not Clean Someone Forgot To Clean It I Was Told To Wait 15 Minutes And It Will Be Clean Over 2 Hours Later It Was Done At 11pm Smelling Real Bad With Pet Hair Every where Worst Night At A Hotel Ever. Lots Of Apologies But That Does Not Take Care Of My Problem. Hope They Resolve Their Staff Issues.

I booked with his hotel. The first issue was they gave me a key to another room second issue was the mattresses aren’t even comfortable at all. They don’t give you enough towels, and they had a couple roaches show up in my room, even though they gave me the wrong key to the wrong room, and I entered the room and somebody else was staying in it, then all night I couldn’t get the password because they don’t have staff all night I called about 11 maybe 12 to get the password for the Wi-Fi and staff I left for the day already so I didn’t get to use the Wi-Fi and I also did not get to use the cable because the cable kept shutting off and saying call the office and nobody was in the office . Then they don’t offer any accommodation for them being so disorganized like discount etc so last time I’ll be visiting this location
