房間乾淨，地點好，雖然可能要走一條大馬路，但也不錯。早餐在一些菜單上味道不錯（炒飯很好吃。好吃的炒高麗菜）房間的景色很美，值得入住。如果有機會再去旅行，還會再回來住同一個地方。可愛的接待員

Stayed one night before we set up for our trekking.if you are a late night guys, this hotel is ideal .breakfast menu, adequate choice.

入住後發現房間不是我訂的房型。與前台核實後，一開始他們堅持認為這是正確的房型，直到我向他們展示 Trip.com 應用程式上的照片/描述。然後他們又說攜程上的資訊不正確，轉而說房型資訊沒有傳遞給飯店。很明顯，他們知道這是不同類型的房間，試圖透過指責平台來尋找藉口。他們要求我向攜程回饋，但我知道這並不能解決我的問題。他們只是像騙子一樣碰碰運氣。經過長時間的談判，他們說將補償房型之間的價格差異（好吧，現在他們承認兩個房間是不同的類型，也意味著他們一開始就撒謊了）。當時已經是晚上了，所以我沒有詢問賠償金額。退房時，他們只退給我 20 萬越南盾（8.20 美元），說這是差價。我訂了2間房2晚，差價絕對不只是20萬越南盾。我們正忙著辦理退房手續，趕去河內的巴士，沒有時間跟他們爭論。順便說一句，有一天晚上，當我與前台的一位老女士交談時，她說我們是第三批遇到此類問題的人，她說這對她來說很正常。回顧整個故事，我們可以斷定這是一個騙局。 關於房間。位置很好，酒店後面有一個樓梯連接到主要街道。房間裡有怪味，是下水道的味道很濃。使用淋浴和盥洗盆後，氣味變得更濃。早餐很好。 Wifi訊號很差，我們大多使用自己的本地SIM卡。房間隔音效果較差，容易聽到隔壁和走廊的噪音。

這是一家小旅館。位於薩帕納市中心。輕鬆步行至中央庭院去太陽廣場方便，不貴 臥室很舒服有個小窗戶打開門可以看到一點城市的景色。 早餐是越南菜單，河粉和其他一些我們不知道的東西。麵包，沙拉，簡單的水果。 我們喜歡的是服務。我們五點鐘到達。現在入住還為時過早。酒店還設有供按摩的睡墊區。有足夠的空間暫時躺下放鬆 總體來說還可以，印象深刻。

它非常過時，你不能對三星級酒店抱有太大期望，但需要注重清潔度。廁所排水不正常，廁所裡的木製家具和固定裝置看起來很糟糕而且有異味。房間裡還發現了螞蟻。 但地點很好，接待人員很友善。陽台的景色很好。

訂了2晚的房間，一大早就到達酒店。可以要求先check in 加200,000盾，放棄這部分去洗澡休息再繼續行程 房間乾淨，服務好，位置好，離旅遊景點近

它位於一座小山上，所以很難走路。房間乾淨漂亮，但即使食物用完了，早餐也沒有補充。感覺少了2%的東西。

一家看似古老且非常破舊的酒店，但位置優越。要使它接近歐洲標準，需要考慮很多事情。

床單很髒，浴室有頭髮，5分鐘後才放出溫水。房間不錯。工作人員非常友好，並盡力確保客人的健康。早餐專為亞洲客人提供。不建議按摩。根據要求，我們可以在正常退房後保留房間更長時間。

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber mit vollem Blick auf die Stadt. Diese leuchtete in grellen Neonröhren. Das Bad war ok. Das beste: das Zimmer war schön warm. Ansonsten war das Hotel kalt und irgendwie lieblos von der Atmosphäre. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, jedoch eher distanziert. Es war so kalt überall und Jacke war.. Das Frühstück ganz ok: die übliche Nudelsuppe fiel im Vergleich der anderen eher ab, auch eher ungemütlich. Empfehlenswert ein Top Veggie Restaurant 3 Häuser weiter die Strasse hoch. Dort konnte man sich bei leckerer Nudelsuppe, kostenfreien Tee und Holzfeuer von innen und äusserlich aufwärmen. Würde eher nicht mehr hingehen

The tv channels are all in Vietnamese Mirror in bathroom only The short cut gate to town near the steps are closed The breakfast without eggs, sad Special venue for waiting for the night bus on 1st floor, with bathroom etc The cushions in the room were a bit smelly, should be wash regularly with softener maybe

Booked through Agoda. The room was ok from photo but in reality it was far less than what is presented. Room is small with poor lighting (natural and lit), also need some upgrade on furnitures and TV programs. I also had trouble with getting the hot water to work where I had to ask the reception twice for help. The first boy don’t understand water is not hot but warm then left me in the room. So I had to go up again a second time. The second boy came and let both the sink water and shower water run for 3-4 mins and then finally we got the hot water came. Such a wash on water! Could do better with upgrading the hot water system. I feel guttered that I have to make the water run to waste everytime I need a hot shower. Lucky it will only be 2 nights.
