位置離大江户線新御徒町站很近，位於住宅區，周邊熱門商業不算多，以洗衣店、蔬菜、肉店之類的生活配套為主，好處是相比上野附近，環境安靜不少。推薦食其家早餐和車站邊的壽司店。

第一天先去寄放行李，晚上回去時房務人員已經幫我們把行李放在房間整體而言非常乾淨。無論是房間浴室還是寢具。床很好睡、枕頭也很好躺。我睡得非常舒服，沒有太大的問題。房間有兩扇窗戶（大約一公尺長寬公分），雖然不是落地窗，但是陽光灑進來非常舒服，睡覺時窗簾也非常遮光。可惜的是沒有住進能看到晴空塔的房間。

酒店房間較細，但感覺設施較新、房間整潔，周圍環境寧靜。步行5分鐘便可到達新御徒町站，附近亦有超市便利店，位置便捷。

攜程上訂的酒店，當時沒有看到“不可取消”四個字，考慮到帶着小孩拿着行李箱不方便，畢竟酒店旁邊的地鐵站是個小站，從大站也不好轉過來；但對方就不讓取消，硬是讓我住上去；酒店新是新，房間1.8的床，三大一小也可以睡；但是酒店Wi-Fi很差，其次同等位置的酒店這個酒店價格是偏高的，不知道它高的理由是什麼；前台服務員除了Check In 態度都是冷淡的

第二到訪這酒店，位置相當方便，在新御徒町駅A2出口幾分鐘便到，而且附近有幾間便利店，下次再到東京會再選擇，但有很多大型行李的旅客就要考慮一下，因為房間整體也比較小。

酒店在地鐵站附近，好方便。10點前掛出清潔牌就有人打掃房間，夜了回來，有記性的職員認到會開門。房間比我之前住的酒店闊，可平放行李，有浴缸有暖廁板，設施齊備。

早餐很有趣，自己動手做三文治，有悲哥，普通麵包，法包，還有沙律，咖啡或茶，湯。任飲任食都係 ¥1500。

寄放行李會幫忙直接拿到房間非常棒，整體感覺非常舒適，櫃臺有會中文的服務人員避免溝通困難的問題，非常感謝

附近是住宅區很安靜飯店的房間小但有行李架可以放置28吋行李箱房內沒有提供礦泉水有煮水壺可以煮水 2樓有洗衣機跟冰塊浴室有浴缸可以泡澡窗戶可微開通風櫃檯人員友善離都營地鐵站步行2分鐘如果要走路到京城上野站大約走15-20分鐘有點遠

地點近御徒町站，步行前往JR上野/阿美橫丁大概5分鐘步程，附近環境很寧靜，附近有便利店，房間面積小，但東京市區都冇辦法，除夕新年時候入住，不便宜呢！
