周圍環境很乾淨，去巴克拉蘭和韓國餐廳都很方便！很高興住在這裡...我強烈推薦！

附近找不到餐廳或快餐店，在飯店吃了飯，食物還不錯。

So good to stay. But the room wifi is not working.

This hotel is located on a side street in an area that is not very nice. I had to walk aways over a walking bridge with about 8 homeless men sleeping on it in order to get to a 7/11. The room was acceptable considering the good price. I had to turn the air conditioner to the low setting to stop the room circuit breaker to stop tripping but actually low was enough for the small room. It is an acceptable place to stay for a night for a trip to the international airport.

上面說有24小時熱水，但根本沒有。廁所裡沒有熱水器。床上用品也有污漬，沒有牙刷和牙膏，需要向工作人員索取。拖鞋也不是一次性的。不會再預訂這家飯店

他們讓我等了很久才得到車庫區的房間！超級吵；在我退房時用 GCash 支付食物時前台的態度非常粗魯！當我凌晨 1 點左右到達時，夜班人員很有幫助，但卻讓我等了很長時間才拿到房間，儘管我已經預付了房費！保全人員非常樂於助人！

Okay AHH.. friendly staff, I like the food. Kya lng ang layo Pg gumala kunti SA labas PRA bumili.2 days kmi nag stay.. for me good aside nlng SA distance. Pro kng pahinga lng at Di kailangan lumabas ok na Rin. Thank u so much po.

i had trouble with regards to the internet connection because there is no wifi signal in the room i was in so the staff just move me to another room with better wifi connection. no hassle, no drama. they are quick to resolve matters. kudos to Hotel Sogo Wood Street Pasay branch. ☺️

I booked a deluxe room for 3 pax (incl my 6y/o daughter ) which indicated in trip.com that it has a window as we have a kid with us. Only to find out upon check in that there's no room with a window there according to the staff. (Not sure if which one is correct whether the trip com or the staff) The reception staff was not very accommodating when we arrived. But there's this certain manager named Jayson whom I appreciated his professionalism. Room is small and not so clean. AC is noisy and hot which makes our stay there sleepless and uncomfortable. Location is not recommended for stay with kid.

Nice n clean

The room was nice and clean, and the staffs were very accommodating and kind. I just wished they sprayed an air freshener inside the room before letting their guest in. I don't smoke, so somehow it's troubling me.... I can smell the cigarette smell still left in the air inside the room.. but I am so tired from my long hours of travel so I just let it be and sleep. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.
