Bastos na Ang staff nila...tapos laging galit pag may kailangan ka..tapos pinatay pa telephone nila para hnd makatawag sa front-desk..pero kung maningil sila gsto nila ura urada..kht sbhn mung wait lang...akala mo nmn tatakbuhan cla...SOGO L.WOOD ROAD STREET...kung mga staff nyo may problema sa Buhay nila wag nila dalhin sa work...sa tagal ko na pabalik balik sa sogo na ito ngaun lang Ako...na disappointed sa mga staff nila😡😡😡

I’m so disappointed my room toilet is no flush at it’s making me uncomfortable. The food is great, I don’t like the service of the crew they’re not helping . The front desk service is racist.i will not go back that place is really not accommodating to the guest. Worst thotel. Not recommended to all the Travellers
I stayed at Hotel Sogo Wood Street in Pasay, and the experience was average. The location is convenient — close to the airport, shopping malls, and public transportation — good for a quick stay or layover.
However, the reception staff don’t seem to know how to handle online bookings from platforms like Trip.com. They only know how to process walk-in guests, which made check-in confusing and took extra time.
Another issue was the cleaning staff being very noisy in the hallway. I could clearly hear their talking and movements from inside my room, which made it hard to rest. The management should remind them to keep their voices down, especially during early hours.
The room itself was clean and air-conditioned, but basic. For the price, it’s okay if you just need somewhere to stay for a night, but don’t expect full comfort or peace and quiet.
The receptionist saw that i have two large suitcases. And still opted to put me on the room without an elevator. The room attendant didn't bother to help me lifting my suitcases. The first room they gave me has a malfunctioning door that doesn't lock that wasted my time waiting for my room to be locked upon going out with the fear that my items might get stolen. They transferred me to another room which is smaller without any slippers. Upon checking out i asked for luggage assistance which did not come and i lifted my two 30kg luggage downward a steep narrow staircase which gave me a terrible experience. I almost missed my flight while waiting for the luggage assistance. Such a terrible experience.

yung naghatid sakin ng foods sa room, attitude taz mahuhulog pa yung tray pag lapag nya, inalalayan ko pa, taz hindi man lang nag sorry, sinabihan nya lang ako na, pag check out na lang yung bayad etc., sabay walk out. kaya nabadtrip ako. Gusto ko sana mag complain doon recepcionist kaso di din kasi ako mavoka sa ganyan. Hinayaan ko na lang, pero -10 sila sakin. Doon sana ulit ako magbobook pagbalik ko ng manila, kaso.. nevermind. 🙄
