Residence Inn Houston the Woodlands/Market Street

The hotel looks like an Elementary School from the outside. The from entrance is difficult to find at night (looks like the rest of the building) and it has no car port that you can park underneath when checking in - you have to park out a ways from the lobby and this is extremely inconvenient when it’s freezing and raining! You also have to pay $12 for parking (and keep in mind that the hotel is in a neighborhood and has its own/large lot - meaning not having to contend with city, parking garage, etc) challenges. The parking fee makes zero sense. I stay here again if I had no other choices.

My Husband & I & my Best friend stayed in 2 Bdrm Queen rm & was very satisfied & confortbale. Had full kitchen & equipped with dinner ware & glasses. Close to our event for the evening & around corner from Market Street where we met friends & dined. Great stay. Thank you..!

I loved the stay at this property. It was a bit challenging to get to but it worked out fine. I also loved the front desk staff. They were so friendly and VERY helpful. I was expecting to have a separate bedroom as the online description dictated but the stay was very good.

I have always stayed at the Marriott waterway hotel. We travel to the woodlands 3 or 4 times a year for concerts. This was the first time at the residence inn. It is now our go to hotel for concerts!

I booked a king bed and did not receive that. Got some sort of room "upgrade" and got a queen bed instead because they didn't have any to fix their error.

great accommodations; so nice to have a functioning kitchen. Suggestions: 1) do not stuff the salt and pepper packets into the salt and pepper shakers. It was difficult to get them out! 2) Have two receptacles: one for TRASH, one for RECYCLING

Nice stay. When we turned up the heat, it smelled like urine. That smell eventually subsided and all was OK.

Loved this hidden gem! Not too far of a walk to shopping and the pavilion. The staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. My only complaint would be the bed and A/C options. But we made it work.
