Ibis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

The room was cleaned, but I booked twin bed and when I arrived it was double, it was disappointed but the next day the hotel has changed as my original booking

The rooms were not very clean , the hallway has a weird smell. Also some of the workers weren’t very friendly and helpful. Also they didn’t offer to carry our luggage. We had to carry on our own. They said it’s self service . Also card gets deactivated most of the time so had to go to the reception to get it activated.

Only toiletries not refilled during my trip. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet to be improved for western choice.

Lo mejor el personal, que te hace la estancia muy cómoda y están atentos a todo. Son muy amables y buscan soluciones para todo. El buffet del desayuno es exquisito y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El tener terraza está genial para poder fumar

The service was fantastic!! Thank you Mayuresh san! Dinner quality was great. 今回ibis Mumbaiは初めてでしたが、サービスが非常に良く、長期滞在として満足できる施設でした。14日間の滞在で、朝食はあまり変わらなかったが*料理は非常に対応良く作ってくれました。部屋はタオルの取っ替えはたまに忘れられるがインドと考えれば許容範囲内です。次回また使います。

Very nice service Well train staff #rohan #Krunal #Aslesha Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site Thank for service

We had an exceptional dining experience in Mumbai, thanks to Sharanjit-san’s pasta expertise! The pasta was perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients and rich, authentic flavors. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also warm and welcoming. Highly recommend dining here if you’re in Mumbai and craving a truly memorable pasta experience!

Amazing staff the servers, the chef, the helpers everyone was excellent in their work n always smiling n ready to help n polite The spread n the options for food were amazing n tasty n fresh The best thing was that the idli was kept in a steamer it felt lk we were having home made idlis n not the normal hotel ones which become hard after sometime You have amazing staff at spice it all worth holding on to Special thanks to prathamesh who was polite n smiling n welcoming from the time we stepped in till we exited the restraunt Thanks to all ur staff we had a exceptional time
