Residence Inn Tallahassee North/I-10 Capital Circle

The customer service was very good. Two coffee cups found in the cupboard had been used and never washed with obvious coffee residue. Room had terrible chemical smell that gave me a migraine and it saturated all of my belongings. I came home sneezing from it and it has taken my several days to detox from it. The chemicals used to sanitize are worse than the germs! Please stop with all of this germaphobic nonsense. These chemicals are dangerous and cause cancer, migraines infertility...and are destroying our natural immunities. The air-conditioner leaked all over the floor and caused my bags to get wet, including my clean clothes that I was planning to wear home. The floor all around the room where the unit was contained was saturated with water. The good thing was the location and the staff was friendly, courteous and prompt with their attention. I would stay again if you stop with all of the chemicals. Just go back to cleaning the old fashioned, normal way. Stop using things that are so detrimental to people's health especially those that are sensitive. The chemicals are hurting us more than they are helping us.

We booked two nights and three days at this hotel. The first night we found out the bathroom ceiling in our room was leaking. We had to wait some time as the repair person try to figure out what was going on. They moved us to another room. The second night, same thing, where the entire floor was drenched with water. We had to wait for hours to get this addressed. We had to change to another room AGAIN! We did not expect to lose so much of our time changing rooms and waiting for help in a short trip. On top of that, they promised to give us points for inconvenience and did not! We felt duped.

It is central and close to everything. What i don't like about it is when they promote that it has hot breakfast which is part of your room charge. It is misleading. Heating up a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich in a microwave to me is not considered "hot breakfast meal". If I have known I would stayed somewhere else.

Noisy hotel

Carpet was filthy.

Comfortable, well equipped and well maintained room. Side facing I-10 has traffic noise, but not bad. Good coffee and food quality at included breakfast.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our long journey this trip. The staff was excellent! The room was big and clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a nice hotel to stay at.

This was our first time at a residence Inn and we loved our room. The studio was large and comfortable. The shower was large. Breakfast was good, the waffles were the best we have tasted in a while. We will definitely be back.
