設施齊全，服務周到的一家連鎖旅店，早餐品種高，入住體驗一路既往的好，推薦。

酒店離高速路很近，特殊時期提供的早餐包括了肉、蛋、麵包、甜點、酸奶等，已經很不容易了。房價特殊時期也不是天天清理，可以理解。游泳池不大；周邊吃飯、購物都很方便，值得推薦。

They delayed checkin time without proper explanation.

We booked this property for the pool which was a little smaller than expected but okay. What we didn’t know was that they don’t clean or make up rooms unless you book it ahead of time and I think costs money. Also was hoping to use the laundry services but they were not available. We are a 4 person family but they only provided 2 sets of toiletries and towels so we had ask for these at the desk. Breakfast was great, staff are really nice.

J'ai bien aimé mon court séjour (1 nuit) a cet hotel. Acceuil chaleureux et courtois. Propreté des lieux parfait. Les alentours sont un peu effrayant car il y a des maisons abandonnées sur le terrain voisin.

Curtains literally shredded full length in several places on panel , toilet not working in check in , food particles in microwave,visable hole in bed skirt and room pine not working to calm front desk .

Staff are precessional. Room and all stuff are tidy and clean. Very convenient to restaurant, grocery store and high way. The only disappointed thing is a real fire alarm triggered by some smoke at very early morning. Generally very satisfied place.

We had a very comfortable and restful stay at the best Western in Louisville. Really enjoyed swimming in the pool in the convenience of being close to my family.

Aside from the lack of professionalism of my the, like the smoking out front in the drive way, sharing they were short staffed and couldn’t wait to train the new people so “she didn’t have to do anything”, garbage that sat outside piling up over all 4 days we there, dirty& odour filled carpets, musty room they also did not adhere to daily room service. And the lady didn’t tell me that till she had taken my deposit that I could come and get towels so long as they had some and when I requested two extra pillows she said we don’t have any. And when I asked the assistant manager for the head managers card, she instructed me “to go online and look it up myself”. This is after she abruptly said NO. So from the beginning it wasn’t a good start to our Moncton vacation. I would definitely remove either or both ‘best’ & ‘plus’ from the title.

Have stayed at many Best Westerns but this one was disappointing. The staff was friendly but there were several issues. Slow running sink and tub in the room, not just our room but the same for two other family members. One staff member did try to plunge our sink but it didn’t help and we were told they don’t have maintenance staff. The sheer curtain was ripped in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked. Rooms were not cleaned daily which is fine so they said to put towels in the hall and ask for clean towels at front desk. We did this, and coming back from pool asked for clean towels and there were none. Asked for a pool towel to finish drying off and they said there were none and there was nothing they could do. Did manage to track down housekeeping and were able to get some off the cart. The pool deck and pool needed a good cleaning. No wonder they didn’t have any more pool towels as the bins were filled with dirty ones.

Room was too muggy, light on smoke detector was too bright. Feet were dirty from the floor.

Continental breakfast staff was not professional.

Appreciated the help of front desk staff with pleasant check-in. Great friendly staff in breakfast buffet area. Staying here again in 2 weeks.
