乾淨舒適床舒服

最好的事情是索尼斯塔的餐廳。這真是一個方便又好去的地方。

優越的地理位置和服務！房間也乾淨整潔。

這是一家非常整潔的酒店

離機場很近，房間乾淨，CP值好。 樓下的餐廳很好吃。

整個晚上都有奇怪的聲音。客房電話無法使用。電梯裡燈滅了。我兩次透過電話要求要一張帶嬰兒床的獨立床，他們確認後，經過多次爭論，他們沒有提供兩張床配置的嬰兒床，經過多次討論後，他們給了我一張床和嬰兒床。

額外 26 美元的停車費似乎太貴了——你應該允許付費客人免費住在那裡。除此之外，離機場這麼近真是太棒了。我們會回來的，但是嘿，讓我們停車休息一下！

Super close to O’Hare airport and has a convenient shuttle service. Harry Carey’s was delicious with great service. One surprising thing was I landed early afternoon and they offered to let me check in early but there was a fee. I have never experienced that before.

I understand when it’s a busy day, but my family and I waited so long to check in. We got to the hotel at 11 PM and we got our room until 12:30 AM. We had a long drive, my family and I were really exhausted, we had a long drive the wait time was long that my son fall asleep at the lobby and there was not please to sit down, lobby was pack. This morning the front desk was calling to our rooms to let us know that they will charging extra if we want to rest a little longer.

They made me pay 49 dollars to check in at 3pm I was so exhausted I paid it when I said ******* shows my check in is at 3 this is not early check in they said *******s email is wrong even though I showed it. The room is very small and dirty. There is no safe in the room, there is no drinkable water in the room even for a charge. The front desk lady was reading her book and didn't look up when I asked about a safe she said I donno. The bed had springs sticking up and out of it in my back. I am 6'3" and the shower head was at 5'3" I will. Never stay at another NoNesta
