布希SPA度假飯店的評論

房間一般，配置挺全的，就是離清真寺太近，五點都開始吵拉，早餐也不錯

交通方便，有酒店專用的停車場，室內環境清潔，因為疫情的緣故，早餐不是自助的，而是專門服務員服務，附近有步行街購物方便；

位置非常好，靠近老集市，工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，會說英語、法語和德語。房間乾淨，設施齊全。免費停車場。早餐有很多當地特色菜。游泳池和水療中心非常棒。

唯一可以評價非常好的就是位置。其他的都不值5顆星。浴室很破舊，沒有熱水－當我們抱怨時，接待處告訴我們，你應該讓水流10-15分鐘，直到有溫水來！非常“可持續” - 但仍然不起作用。水龍頭搖搖晃晃，你總是想知道它會不會壞掉。整個建築群日漸陳舊，失去了昔日的光彩。自助早餐很簡樸——選擇不多。早餐廣告上說要到上午 10 點，但到了上午 9 點，自助餐就已經空了，真可惜。我們在那裡正值伊斯蘭齋戒季節……每天早上 5 點左右，清真寺裡就會傳來穆傑津的電話——聲音很大——讓人無法入睡。雖然飯店沒有住滿，院子裡還有額外的房間，但工作人員不願意給我們其他房間。停車是不可能的，因為餐廳在晚上就被放棄了——人滿為患，沒有人照顧。如果你坐在車裡，你就被「鎖」了一個小時，無法進出。由於飯店客人有其他活動，餐廳不開放。總的來說不推薦...不幸的是

Konum çarşı içerisinde. Hiçbir araca ihtiyaç duymadan rahatlıkla gezilebilir. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Otel temiz ve konforlu. Büyük bir bahçesi var. Bölgedeki diğer otelleri görünce buranın farklı olduğunu anlayacaksınız:) Çalışanlar yardımsever. Check-out saatinde esneklik tanıdılar.

Ho trascorso una notte presso questo hotel posizionato nel cuore di Skpje, circondato da vari locali e luoghi da visitare. Personale molto cortese e disponibile ma dettagli da migliorare. In camera funzionava una sola presa di corrente, odore di fumo e nessuna luce funzionante nella zona letto. Non ho usufruito della Spa.

Hôtel bien placé dans le centre de Skopje, jolie vue de la vaste salle de restaurant sur la ville. Bon accueil du personnel à la réception, parlant français. Cependant l'hôtel est vieillissant et mériterait une rénovation. La chambre est très petite, ainsi que la salle de bains. La climatisation est collée entre le lit et la cloison, ce qui interdit d'accéder au lit par un côté. La décoration est inexistante sauf un tableau au cadre défoncé. Les abat-jours sont hors d'âge. La cloison a des traces de coups. Dans la salle de bains, le robinet présente des traces de rouille, le porte savon est cassé et le flacon à savon a des traces de vert de gris. L'ensemble ne fait pas franchement net. L'insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer, tard le soir et tôt le matin c'est un concert de chaises trainées dans la salle de restaurant qui est au dessus des chambres. Le buffet du petit déjeuner nous a déçus, pas de laitages, pas de confitures (seulement du miel) et pas de fruits. La cigarette s'invite dans la salle de restaurant dès le petit déjeuner. En conclusion cet hôtel est très loin du 5 étoiles.

The decor of this hotel is over-the-top with marble and gilt. It’s a labyrinth of poorly-marked hallways, dead ends, and lighting on timers. We stayed three days and never quite figured out the route from our room to the dining room, which involves multiple elevators and hallways. I’ll include a photo of our “golden” toilet. The location is remarkable at the entrance of the Old Bazaar. The neighboring mosque will startle those who are not accustomed to a call to prayer in the very early morning hours. It’s certainly not a “cookie cutter” facility and I enjoyed my stay.

Un gran hotel carente de mantenimiento y limpieza, lástima porque podria haber estado muy bien. Estuvimos 2 noches, no nos limpieron la habitación a pesar de que a lo comunicamos a recepción, las manchas que habia en el suelo cuando llegamos continuaban cuandos nos fuimos

The hotel is very nice and the location is good. What is NOT good is the laundry at the hotel. We were at the hotel for a week, but every day we came home to a dirty hotel room. They do NOT fill up with toilet paper, so we had to go to the store to buy our own toilet paper (asked the reception for help repeatedly, but the next day there was no toilet paper again). Nor was it filled up with clean towels or other products. The floors were not washed the whole week that we stayed there, and one day we came home and found a used tampon lying in the middle of the floor in the hallway (complained again to reception, but there was still no improvement). We travel a lot, but have NEVER experienced such poor cleaning in a hotel... And this is supposed to be a five-star hotel! I would NOT recommend people to stay here! Too bad... because as I said, the hotel itself is very nice, but the service is AWFUL!

Beautiful venue in an amazing location on the doorstep of the old Bazaar and a 5-minute walk from the main town. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff and the rooms are amazing value for money. To add one of the most comfortable beds I have stayed in We had a breakfast and a dinner both highlight rated but did not have any time to make use of the hotel spa. Would defiantly recommend if you are visiting Skopje to stay at this location

The hotel room was small and very claustrophobic.There was no room on either side of the bed for a nightstand. Indeed, I had to turn sideways and move one foot at a time just to be able to get into bed. The food in the dining room was tasteless and unappetizing and it didn't help that the restaurant was filled with smokers who had no concern for the non smokers at my table (quite common throughout the Balkans, actually). The best part of my stay at this hotel was checking out.

I have read a bunch of reviews of this “5-star” resort in Skopje — but only after our recent stay there — to see whether others experienced what we did at this dreadful hotel. I was surprised to see an average score of “very good” (four out of five). But then I read the numerous “poor” and “terrible” reviews. And they were all right on the money. Yes, it’s well located. And at first blush it looks like an upscale hotel. But on closer observation — and especially once you get to your room — you realize quickly that this is an awful place to stay. We were part of a large group, spread out in rooms throughout the hotel, and EVERYONE had major complaints about their rooms. And they were all different complaints, ranging from non-working AC, non-working hotel safes, inadequate towels and linens, etc. I will stick to what we experienced first-hand, but the others’ horror stories echo many of the problems described in other reviews on this site. Our problems started when it took getting a third key card even to get into the room. And it only went downhill from there. Yes, as others have noted, they only give you one towel per person. That’s it. No hand towels, no bath mats, but just two smallish bath towels. Then there were the weird strobe lights — one in the bathroom, one in the bedroom — that could only be turned off after much experimentation with switches. And the very few, awkwardly placed electrical outlets. And the bathroom from hell. Our particular room had an ancient bathtub, dangerous to get in and out of, with only a handheld wand with which to shower — which was set so low on the wall that you had to literally hold it at all times, making it extremely hard to wash one’s hair. And of course there’s the smooth, slippery floor to face getting out of the tub. Remember: No bath mats. There’s more, but you get the idea. Our room also faced the historic mosque next door, which flooded the room with light at night. And then there was the call to prayer at 4:30 in the morning. I think I’ve said enough.
