That’s good location & room is large. But no any stuffs provided. (e.g. teeth brush, teeth paste, slippers & robe). Also I feels weird that don’t have shower curtain in the washroom caused make the floor wet after shower!

Perfect place to stay if going to bars on Broadway. We walked to the Johnny Cash museum and Country Music Hall of Fame on the way to Broadway. Outdoor pool heater was broken but still nice place to sit by the pool.

We stayed 3 nights to attend a concert at Bridgestone arena. Overall a beautiful and safe hotel. Only 4 stars since there was only 1 server at Fins. Took over 1/2 hr to get our drinks and another 1/2 hr to order our food. Secondly, last day I had to go out and get my car. No valet on Sundays. So took awhile to find my key then I had to walk to get my car and get it out. Even after I paid for the service. So was not happy about that. Would i stay again? Possibly.

It was my first time visiting Nashville and had a great experience at this hotel. Courteous staff, impeccable rooms. Will recommend to anyone visiting this location.

This hotel is about two blocks from Broadway, one block from Bridgestone arena and country hall of fame. We walked everywhere during our stay with the only need for an Uber to and from hotel which was quick. Staff was super kind and accommodating. Weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool but on our last day we were able to sit by it. Very cute pool area!

We booked a suite. It was so worth it for us. Lots of room. Hotel is in a great location for the arena or broadway *****. Hotel was kept very clean and all employees were friendly. Definitely would recommend it.

I would not recommend this hotel. Our room was nice and spacious, but it was not clean; the floors turned our socks black. The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful when we checked in. The cleaning staff woke us up at 7 am and were so loud in the hallways that we were unable to go back to sleep. The valet service is also inadequate; it takes at least 30 minutes to get your car, and one of the valet guys stole my key chain off of my keys. The valet service and hotel did not care or show interest in helping resolve any of these issues.

Was disappointed that the staff had little knowledge of what was happening on property. We arrived at 9 pm and staff gave us wrong information about food service and hours of bars. Asked in Fins about music and didn’t know if anyone was playing. Staff was friendly but seemed uninformed.

Great location. Rooms were very clean. Food in hotel was great. Live entertainment was very good. No complaints.

It was absolutely beautiful. The shower is a little odd because you only have one glass panel and you feel like you’re soaking the floor, but it is just as the pictures show. Absolutely beautiful, and will definitely be staying there again. It’s close to main *****, making getting around so easy.

Fun vibe, great location, clean, and comfortable. Can walk to all downtown locations. Both bar/restaurants were good with limited menus. Room had fun decor, large with comfy beds.
