雙胞胎非常寬敞。出差工作,共享經濟,包括早餐。優秀的大小房間,體面的室內用餐選擇和質量。超出了點菜早餐的預期,真的是流暢的咖啡。健身房設備齊全,提供輕點心和存儲。工作人員樂於助人,愉快,耐心和友好。可愛的遺產建築靠近輕軌,悉尼CBD兩端。

房間整潔，每天都會打掃，除了有時候走廊能聽見聲音之外其他時候很安靜。關鍵是前台態度很好！不小心把奶茶灑在地上也會安慰我然後馬上打掃乾淨，不小心把房卡弄丟也沒有讓賠錢，很不錯的酒店

我住的房間是套間，有4張床，二個大床，二個小床。價格是雙人間的價格。以下圖片是內、外房間的。有多人旅行訂這個酒店的這類房型，十分合算。酒店位置位於市中心，周邊十分繁華。喜歡逛街的朋友特適合。

酒店的位置和景觀無可挑剔，但服務質量卻有待加強。我此次預訂房間是為了慶祝伴侶的生日，事前已通過電郵與酒店聯繫，要求安排蛋糕和酒水。然而，酒店客服的回應非常慢，經常需要等待幾天才能收到回覆，有時甚至完全沒有回應，這樣的服務水準不符合五星級酒店的標準。 在入住前兩天，我再次查詢蛋糕的安排，但仍未得到回覆，讓我感到十分焦慮。最終，酒店在未提前通知的情況下，為我準備了所需的蛋糕和氣酒，但這是我自行致電確認的結果。雖然最終滿足了我的需求，但整體服務體驗仍然讓人失望，因此我認為酒店在服務方面需要進一步改善。 The hotel's location and views are unbeatable, but the quality of service leaves much to be desired. I booked the room to celebrate my partner's birthday and had previously contacted the hotel via email to arrange for a cake and drinks. However, the hotel’s customer service was quite unresponsive, often taking several days to reply, and sometimes I didn’t receive any response at all—definitely not what one would expect from a five-star hotel. Even two days before check-in, when I inquired about the arrangement for the cake, I still did not receive a reply, which made me feel quite anxious. Ultimately, the hotel prepared the cake and drinks I requested without prior notice, and I had to call to confirm. While my needs were eventually met, the overall service experience was disappointing, and I believe the hotel needs to improve in this area.

先説優點:地理位置不錯，近darling港，待客泊車非常方便，停車服務態度很好，缺點: 大堂服務態度非常差，效率極慢，在Christmas day這麼繁忙的時候，選擇training新人，體驗感非常差，其次早餐效率慢，服務態度一般，需要排長龍等位置，房間裏不提供直飲水，建議節假日不要前往，人工效率嚴重匹配不了客流

位置非常好，正對着達令港。 前面空地在造新的酒店，可能過幾年再去view會差一點。 不行距離可到達令港。早餐比darling square 那家豐富，推薦。

因為新加坡體驗過富勒頓酒店的服務，所以這次帶着媽媽去澳洲探親自然選擇了富勒頓酒店。再者，悉尼的富勒頓是老郵局改造而建的，對於人文鍾情的我而言自然喜歡😘。入住酒店3天，第一天因為入住在晚上10點所以酒店給的房間並非我預訂的，但前台告知我第二天一早就可以給我更換，所以這點服務太sweet了💖。酒店的設計感的確有老郵局的歷史建築風韻，另，建築風格新老設計結合彰顯酒店獨有的個性氣質👍😊。酒店的早餐環境非常不錯，邊欣賞歷史建築的同時還可以品味美食😍。悉尼富勒頓，是一家非常有設計感和高品質的酒店。tips：地處市中心，交通也是超級方便，值得再次入住😊。

4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

因為是熱門的跨年時段，一房難求，訂房時網站顯示是優惠價格，當時比價確實價格較低，但後來發現貴非常多！但飯店的服務態度與房間整潔都不錯，還算是不錯的回憶，就當是學到一課。住宿附近非常方便，距離火車站輕軌5分鐘內均可到達，離達令港更是進，也是因為如此，才會選擇這間飯店，跨完年，不需為回飯店交通擔心，走路即可順利安全回到飯店，早早休息。對面就是星巴克，附近也有許多餐廳可以選擇，離超市也很近，下次有機會還是會再次入住。

I m grateful for the upgraded room for my birthday ..I appreciate the Prosecco Check in was slow .. 20 minutes in a queue Room is nice however the configuration of the room meant the view we had of the bridge and opera house was behind us on-a very uncomfortable bench. For the price it’s not very special Arrived in the room .. a used shower cap on the back door . Dirty toilet ( poo) Next day ..morning tea cups not cleared !! Went to the Aster for drinks .. terrible place it should be avoided, such poor service. Food didn’t arrive. They knew it was my birthday. Had to chase up a plate of olives after 45 minutes and the other food didn’t arrive ..pretentious ..don’t bother So disappointed
