4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Although an argument can be made about eclecticism and the use of curating a collection of exceptional vintage and contemporary objects this was not the case here, it read as a mismatched bric-à-brac (to borrow a Victorian word from the building time period that's true meaning in French means ”any old way” or ”at random”). I m grateful for the upgraded room for my birthday ..I appreciate the Prosecco Check in was slow .. 20 minutes in a queue Room is nice however the configuration of the room meant the view we had of the bridge and opera house was behind us on-a very uncomfortable bench. For the price it’s not very special Arrived in the room .. a used shower cap on the back door . Dirty toilet ( poo) Next day ..morning tea cups not cleared !! Went to the Aster for drinks .. terrible place it should be avoided, such poor service. Food didn’t arrive. They knew it was my birthday. Had to chase up a plate of olives after 45 minutes and the other food didn’t arrive ..pretentious ..don’t bother So disappointed

Location drew me to Establishment, situated near some of my favourite restaurants in Sydney and close to the venue where I was doing business. Establishment delivers for location. I also chose Establishment for a little bit of luxury to break a heavy work schedule and it did not live up to expectation. It seems to be a great party crash hotel for the bucks/hens night with few services that really speak to the time poor luxury business traveller. It’s beautifully styled with a comfortable bed, but that is about the limit. It’s the services and the quality of the room features that let it down. No 24 hour room service and a menu that is not reflective of the quality of the food precinct it’s situated in. (I went out to get an excellent take away breakfast that I brought back to my room rather than order anything from the scant breakfast menu that looked like a take away menu). I left my computer power charger at home, but concierge could not help me with one to borrow or ideas on where I could buy a replacement. The bath is very narrow and not much hot water - I boiled the kettle to get it a bit warmer. Hunter products in the bathroom but there was no hair conditioner and few of the little luxuries that you would expect in such a stylish bathroom such as extra towels, make up mirrors/lighting, an extra soap for the bath. The room fittings are pretty tired and scuffed up. It’s certainly ready for a bit of a renovation/ refresh. The carpet looks like it’s seem some amazing parties. The room, particularly the bathroom, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. The bathroom shower curtain was really dirty and needs to be replaced. Lots of marks on the walls and scuff marks on furniture - looks tired and a bit worn out. There is no dedicated space to work for business travellers, other than a long table near the window but I had to sit on the bed. Inside the lift the small seating looks like it had seen some parties as well and not clean enough to sit on. No hand sanitiser anywhere. This was the most expensive room rate for the CBD area I wanted to be in, and the result was disappointing. As a lover of boutique hotels, I was looking forward to staying here, but based on this experience I won’t return and can’t recommend this one.

地理位置絕佳！距離circular quay最美車站不行3分鐘，出行非常方便。距離景點皇家植物園150米、悉尼歌劇院步行六七分鐘、觀鯨tour坐船點也在這，到town hall做tram衹有2站、唐人街4站，真的非常非常方便。逛累了還能回去休整一下或者睡個午覺或者換個衣服。 附近都是洲際索菲特這樣的酒店，斯坦福絕對性價比王者！對比了agoda，booking等，攜程價格最划算。 澳洲一共住了五六個酒店🏨，配套設施這裏最全，比如衹有這家配了拖鞋，澳洲很多酒店是不提供的。房間也很大，適合國際酒店行李比較多的。 如果說缺點，可能就是硬件設施稍微老一點，臨街的房間會有一點吵。不能早入住，一般要到1點左右(服務員會說3點，但實際12-1點就好了)

由於價格和中心位置，我們預訂了坦克溪。沒有想到這是一個默默無聞的好地方！住得非常好。我們的房間沒有窗戶，這有點奇怪，但房間很棒，乾淨而且設備齊全。工作人員看起來都很快樂，非常友好。我們肯定會再來。

酒店位置近地鐵站，走路到sydney victoria shopping centre/ 環形碼頭大約需要15-20分鐘，樓下有巴士站去不同市內的地方，比如是bondi beach。酒店設施一般，牀很窄，也不喜歡看到被子的裏面，其他設備還算乾淨。

In Sydney for a wedding very central to where the wedding was held, reception staff fantastic and that's where it stops. Bath room amenities were almost empty as nothing came out when you tried to use it, just as well we took our own, the day we arrived there was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper, as that did not take long to use I went down to ask for some more so was given one roll even though there was room for 2 rolls on the roll holders, so as they did not replace even the empty holder I went out and bought my own. Another thing they left one face washer for two people and one day they didn't leave any. So top marks for front desk staff and I would give a minus mark to house keeping staff

下午2:30在酒吧辦理入住。友好的服務。老式手動門升降機升到房間,增加了魅力!房間整潔,有電視、風扇(無空調)、單人牀和洗手池。附近有共享浴室。在城市中停留了一次活動,所以只需要在某個地方崩潰直到早上的火車。在樓下的酒吧晚了幾個睡帽。很感激。所有工作人員都非常禮貌,最後點了一杯最後的飲料。價格在Agoda上是對的。最便宜的我可以找到自己的房間。位置是附近有軌電車站、懷恩亞德站和環形碼頭的王牌。會再次入住進行城市訪問。

My partner and I loved + enjoyed our stay. We had the destination A bundle (1 bedroom) which was to die for. Our room was amazing. We had amazing in room service + breakfast while watching multiple movies. We loved the pool and the scenery. The surprise birthday champagne was one of the best highlights of the stay!! The stay wouldn’t have been this incredible.. if it weren’t for all the staff!! My only regret was not staying one more day. Thank you for the unforgettable stay＜3

酒店位置非常好，就在circular quay步行5分鐘的地方； 酒店大廳裝修過ok，上面每層過道以及房間都非常老舊，房間甚至沒有門鈴！地毯傢俱都比較老舊。 第一天起的比較晚，有人敲門我説請晚點來打掃，後來乾脆就不來打掃了。 但最大的槽點是電梯！太慢！太慢！太慢！太慢！ 最後一天趕飛機，7點半到8點，電梯等了15分鐘！！沒錯15分鐘！然後每層有人按都停，不管電梯是不是已經滿了，下個樓用了近20分鐘！太可怕了

Door man 人很棒 尤其是看起來像印度裔的中年人 我覺得他很棒 讓旅客有回家的感覺，第一天早上我們約9點左右就到酒店了 先把行李寄存； 櫃臺有位很漂亮的澳洲小姐姐 真的很典型的小臉輪廓深邃的澳洲女孩 很輕切的跟我說 房間正在清潔讓我們先去逛一下我們約11:30 回來 就讓我們先提前入住了. 房間靠近鐘樓 床滿大的也乾淨 ，早餐選擇也足夠 雖不是很多樣但是樣樣精緻好吃 . 健身房稍嫌不足 但也夠用 也有洗澡設備. 我們住了三晚 感覺這裡 的地點 價格 酒店設備 服務態度 各方面都很棒. 下次再來Sydney 我還想要再來住這裡.

房間非常乾淨、明亮、現代。浴室也很寬敞。最重要的是，就公共交通工具、周邊散步和購物林立區而言，位置非常好。步行 10 分鐘到 Darling Harber，乘坐 T 或 L 12 分鐘到環形碼頭也是非常吸引人之處。

酒店就在自己家對面，每天出門都會看到。於是這次毫不猶豫給家人訂了這裏。 它在市中心，但又不喧鬧。走路到townhall大概八分鐘，六分鐘能到qvb。酒店轉角的愛爾蘭bar真的超級喜歡！ 雖然歷史悠久，但住的非常非常舒服。入住的時候也很貼心，行李很多，直接幫忙送到了房間。 入住的時候大概扣了100刀的按金，退回的時間長達一個月…效率怪低的。 但好在住的舒坦。
