El Patio Inn - 靠近環球影城好萊塢(El Patio Inn - Near Universal Studios Hollywood)

I didn't like that I had to drive a few blocks just to check in and get my room card. Also the parking spaces are a little to crowded. The room was okay, the beds were a little too hard. Other than that everything else pretty good.

No cleaning service done during our 2nd day of stay. I tried to go to the office and complain about it but no answer after I rang the bell for a service.

I reserved a room some of my employees to stay while in town for business and after showing up at the property they refused to stay there due to the lack of cleanliness and the people in and around the property. Although I had not checked in yet the property first agreed to refund my money less one night of three and then at the last minute refused to any refund.

Dentro de lo bueno, esta bien ubicado y tiene lo básicamente necesario por ese precio. Dentro de lo malo: estacionamiento muy chico, si algun carro se estaciona un poco mal puede dejar a otros sin lugar. El encargado nunca esta. En google se anuncia con desayuno incluido y no lo tiene.

Driven past it a million times and finally stayed here. Clean, renovated rooms, helpful friendly staff, great value!!! Stay here. the rooms are straight forward but youre not in LA to have a swanky hotel room to take selfies in

Buena ubicación si vas a visitar Universal Studios por la corta distancia, estuvo tranquila la estancia, únicamente había muchos cabellos en la cama y desde las 10am estaban toque y toque nuestra puerta intentando verificar si ya no había alguien en la habitación aún cuando nuestro horario de check out era a las 11

No avía nadie en el hotel quien nos diera la habitación querían que fuéramos a registrarnos a 30 min de ahí a otro hotel y luego regresar otros 30 min para nuestro hotel llegamos y el de la Administracion con mi id en mano aseguraba que no era yo pornquebtabninetaba gorda como en mi foto Fue terrible nos robaron el dinero por que la aplicación ******* no nos dio solución pagamos otro hotel aparte del dinero que perdimos aquí un robo total el sr súper grosero violento eran dos habilitaciones las que pagamos traemos 5 niños desesperados cansados y tuvimos que buscar un hotel donde dormir

El Patio Inn is a simple and quaint place. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the location and the subtle charm from the landscape and ambient lighting at night. The rooms were outdated and plain, but provided us with just the basic needs. Over all cleanliness was good and they are attentive to your needs if you ask. The staff was very kind, honest, and helpful. We misplaced a phone and they immediately notified us when they found it. We appreciate this place and would stay again. We recommend El Patio Inn if you are looking for an eccentric, but minimal styled place to rest your head.

Nothing fancy and smells old but it's a place to sleep for a few hours. Didn't like that you have to check in at a different location after 10pm and then drive back to the room. Close to Universal Studios which was nice. I like a firm bed but the beds were hard.
