they will give you a key card for the entry of accommodation and the room you booked. I accidentally locked myself outside twice because I forgot to bring the key card with me all the time. Once was on office time and the other was 7 in the morning whereas the reception opens at 10 am.
A kind and heart-warming cleaner helped me to reach out to the manager, who values the security of the hotel and customers' experiences. I had an imperative interview at 9 am. they dragged me out of the misery. I couldn't thank them more.
